What do you like best about Workbooks?

The team at Workbooks have been great to work with all the way from our Success Workshop through today. It has been a year since we flipped the switch and they are still just as great to work with now as they were at the beginning. It continues to grow as we expand it into new opportunities for our company and see how well it works for us compared to our previous CRM. It is just a great fit for our company. What do you dislike about Workbooks?

The mapping could be better, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. It isn't as exact as Map Anything was or capable of routing, but I know it will improve over time. It functions for our immediate mapping needs, showing where our dealers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Workbooks:

I would definitely recommend Workbooks. It does more than we thought we needed at first, but we have definitely been using most of the things we thought we wouldn't need and most likely will be using the rest in the near future. What problems is Workbooks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to integrate in parts of the company that were not in our previous CRM. One department was looking for a program they could use to track cases. They had been working off of spreadsheets. We were able to implement their needs into the first phase of our integration which negated the need for them to find a separate product. And Workbooks has soooo much more. The integrations with Spotler have greatly increased our marketing capabilities and given us the ability to conduct surveys that also ties into Workbooks. What problems is Workbooks solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system is a Program Director's dream. It has allowed us to customize a database of all of our past and current programs, track their progress, and organize outreach efforts. Workbooks replaced our previous system of 10 different spreadsheets, reducing human error and maximizing efficiency, allowing us to free up precious staff resources.
