The reports used for these campaigns were difficult to produce correctly. Still, once Abid had shown me the correct way to run the information and send the mailshot, it has improved my work productivity, and I am now more confident in using these tools. Very simple, easy to configure, usability on a phone is very good even though there isn't an app. Very easy to configure your own reports and pipelines. I've used ACT, Sage CRM & Sales-i in the past and they aren't as good as this. Sales-i wins on the reporting, but the crm at the time was extremely elementary.
