I would say this could be improved by having an alert system when I am meant to call somebody back at say 2pm. **What do you dislike about Workbooks?** With workbooks I find that the system itself could be smoother in the transitions, when you click an item twice it opens twice which would be better if this was once, As well as this when you have multiple tabs open it can get quiet messy, this would work better in a browser like format like google. **Recommendations to others considering Workbooks:** If you are looking for a system that will allow you to quickly quantify your data and make it so you can filter through this quickly this system will work for you. **What problems is Workbooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workbooks is used to store a massive amount of data for my company which I without that sort of organisation would be a real big hassle to quantify. The training videos make it easy to train staff and refresh skills. I like that Workbooks is constantly evolving. The team is continually adding functionality and enhancing the user experience based on direct feedback from their client base. They're not a faceless organisation hiding behind chatbots and FAQ posts. When you need help, they're there, working with you to give you the support you need. **What do you dislike about Workbooks?** Most of my gripes have been addressed over time as Workbooks has evolved, or the Tech team has shown or created solutions for me. This is much better than Goldmine. The Workbooks Add-in is a potentially useful function but below are the shortfalls in its capability. **What do you dislike about Workbooks?** Linking and Synchronising MS Outlook with Workbooks. Choosing whether to link e-mails to a person or organisation is unclear. This means the e-mail history and Summary need to be trawled through and filtered to identify a discussion trail. Goldmine was much easier. The Calendar's inability to synchronise recurrent meetings is ridiculous. Workbooks need the ability to record multiple e-mail addresses for people and organisations. Search defaults to close after a selection is made. This needs to remain open as a default. Quotations cannot be amended and a new one, with a new number, needs to be created. Amending the quotation with versions retained would be useful. **What problems is Workbooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not a lot, just yet. We are still struggling to adapt to the new work processes and referring back to Goldmine too much. Business performance is not yet increasing as a result of the transfer. ### 7. The enrich feature is particularly useful when it comes to pulling in data from the wrong company. **What do you dislike about Workbooks?** Pretty much everything about the tool, from the overly complicated UI, to the features and functions it doesn't have that even free offerings support. I've used ACT, Sage CRM & Sales-i in the past and they aren't as good as this. The system is easy for a layperson to administrate without a definitive need for separate sandbox/dev/live environments to achieve the initial build and ongoing configurations. The inclusion of the direct Workbooks Support team in the product package and the simplistic configuration functionality negates the need for additional external consultative support; providing a much more cost-effective and straightforward CRM solution directly in your control. The system UI is simple, and can therefore seem slightly clunky at times during general usage and reporting. Nevertheless, their intent toward usability shows in their latest release, which has focused on improving intuitiveness in the system's look and feel and reducing the number of clicks. In my experience so far, Workbooks are an approachable, helpful and solid company. With every new version, there are small improvements that make the experience easier to administrate and easy for the users. I like how small details are dealt with and the high quality of the helpdesk when we need them to sort things out. **What do you dislike about Workbooks?** I find that the mail tracking is a bit clunky if you use an external mail client.
