I recently put a new team together - 7 people who report to me but each person does VERY different work. We decided we needed a tool to help each team member stay organized with their own work and I needed a quick view into the status of each person's work for leadership updates. We also wanted an up-to-date tool that would work on laptops as well as mobile devices.

After going through a trial period with 3 different products, we selected Workboard.

Workboard had a modern interface that appealed to my team. It is easy to learn and get up and running on.

The 3 features I like most are My Work - to focus on personal action items, Workstreams to review the projects for each person on my team and Priorities which I use to prepare for leadership touch bases.

The Workboard team is also VERY responsive to questions and suggestions. The Instant Chat feature has been very helpful for quick questions. The system is also regularly updated with new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
