No OKR tracking system will ever be perfect, so you have to balance features against costs, usability vs. niggles, and so on. However, anything that a company can do to make the transition smoother is welcome, as is the initial and ongoing support to help you make the most of your investment. Here, we found Gtmhub's support was spot-on - timely, helpful, and in the case of finding any minor bugs, very responsive and quick to fix. Automation of KRs and KPIs needs further work - I'd recommend spending time during the trial to ensure that you're able to gather the information that you need within the platform. What I like best about Koan is that I'm able to look back at my week and see everything that I've accomplished. This is a small exercise that is easy to overlook but seeing how much progress I've made sets me up for a weekend where I can let go. I like being able to check off tasks, stay focused on what matters, and keep my team updated. I also like how quick it is so it never feels like a daunting lift. What problems is WorkBoard solving and how is that benefiting you? We have seen a step toward more clearly defined goals and broken out steps of each of those goals as well as documented and socialized progress.
