**What do you like best about WorkBoard?**

Collaboration with team members.
The white board has improved recently and is a good function to draft before committing to production.

**What do you dislike about WorkBoard?**

* Difficult to understand alignment.
* Difficult to understand what's important, i.e.: what's lagging, what's succeeding.
* Limited support for external systems to automate key results.
* Lacks the ability to communicate with colleagues within the app--even check ins, and "@"ing within checkins does nothing.

**What problems is WorkBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantive and the practice of creating OKRs is driving conversations across the business.  Though limited, this does help individuals to see the bigger picture.

Sometimes there is downtime so its little irritating

**What problems is WorkBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have goals quarterly and then folllowups and then we have meetings and takeaways which is well planned interface

**What do you dislike about WorkBoard?**

- Automation setup in codeless screen is not flexible
- Lacking in features for more robust admin experience - ability to audit notifications, ability to send ad-hoc notifications from platform (e.g. OKR reminders, insighboards)

**What problems is WorkBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Alignment - still working through ideal setup for cross-team alignment
- OKR hygiene - have seen improvement in people's update cadence and OKR setup

Easy to use once you learn the tool. User administration is fairly simple

Reporting is not very sophisticated and tool can be more user friendly

**What do you like best about WorkBoard?**

Technical support and the product purpose it's great.
Contents are good and I'd like to have an academy to learn more.
Even impact mappings methodologies could help to define OKRS or product goals.

**What do you dislike about WorkBoard?**

UX of the product it's difficult to handle and doesn't meet your expectations, I'd put more efforts here to have an outstanding product and journey. 

White boards behave very strange abs and the end doesn't meet the purpose.

Connectivity of tools it's not easy, documentation it's not clear.

I believe sharing current progress of OKRs with the shareable links it's a very good initiative, so I don't need to screenshot and not a complicated feature.

**What problems is WorkBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goals metrics ,
Goals mapping,
Alignment. 

Easy track able with the tool, still requires some manual tracking but for now it's ok.

Certain people with titles can write OKRs.

There is to much to you can do on the tool and feels overwhelming.

Take the training courses.

I have not officially started using it to solve problems but the hope is to get alignment from top to bottom.

Not the easiest to clone or create  new OKR's.

Meeting goals has gotten so much more common because of the ease in seeing progress.

The meeting components and the ties to workstreams feel like an afterthought. Not as strong as it could be.
