The Account Manager assigned to our company along with the computer designer are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and actively engage in the process to ensure the customer's needs are met, and provide training documentation to share with users of the software. When they rolled out a summer release to update the navigation and design of the software they not only provided excellent pre-release demonstrations, loaded it to our test database to get hands on feel for the changes, but also built into the new release walk me and show me tools to assist all users with a tour to navigate through the new design and features.
