What problems is Workbench by i-nexus solving and how is that benefiting you? We once had to track our savings roadmap on an excel sheet, which was fine if only a single user was to use it. But we needed to get a sign-off each month to ensure our savings were true. we now use this to track projects, we can simply assign project types and get sign-offs, meaning we don't have to spend time setting up pivot tables and creating e-mail trains Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The way it has of being able to expose the projects in different currencies, and at the same time, being able to consult projects in different plants or company sites in the world, allowing great synergy. It has an excessive number of fields to complete (compulsory) that do not have a defined logic or meaning. Some users learn by "trial and error" and there are no simple tutorials available to users. For example, transaction 259 is very useful but has the big limitation that it only shows a single year. If we wanted to see TWO years together, this query does not allow it. The new look and feel is pretty nice; however, the most I like is the stability in the financial workflows. I like a lot the intuitive and friendly usability. I like the data consistency. Is not possible to filter by "Deleted" owners, which is annoying because I have to make the "deleted" owner back to active in order to apply the filter, then back to active. Opportunity doest not show owner inline edit, then when I need to transfer the ownership from one user to another, I need to impersonate the user, then open one by one the opportunities. Exchange Rates tables does not allow the filtering by UoM only by dates then I need to go along the full list when I need to find one rate for specific currency. The tool is pretty stable, the data consistency is quite good. The posibility to integrate complex process is open (Standard Routines for mass import processes, extraction for BODS).
