In my opinion, their workflow applications is the worst product they released. I use pretty much all the products of Workato, and the workflow application was the fail. Literally, they tried to automate workflows, you know, providing the UI for these workflows via the web application. However, the idea was great, but it was not implemented by Workato to the production ready level. And that one of the features that I really don't use and actually never used. I like the simplicity of use in Workato, even though I'm a software architect working with a team of engineers. It's very powerful once the connections are made, as it provides an integrated platform that can accomplish multistep tasks. I think Workato markets itself as a no code platform, but some of the most valuable functionality isn't really unlocked unless you have an understanding of the code.
