"Intuitive Integration Tool with Room for AI Enhancement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Workato?

I think Workato is pretty intuitive when it comes to working with the system, which makes it easier for me. I appreciate the basic integration options; they're pretty simple and easy to use. The initial setup was pretty easy, I think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

I think the AI feature could be improved. If I had the option to simply explain to the system what I need in simple words and it would generate itself, it would be much better than having to understand every part of the integration and create variables for every step. "Effortless Integration with User-Friendly Recipes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workato?

I like Workato because it allows us to integrate our software with almost anything quickly and easily. Creating recipes is a breeze, and we've been able to make integrations and build them into our software without spending a lot of time. It's easy to use, which makes building out these integrations simple. Logging calls, texts, and voicemails to various CRMs has been straightforward to implement on different platforms. What do you dislike about Workato?

The cost for each record is a little higher than we would like, but that can be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration with Robust API Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Workato?

I really like Workato for its very seamless and large ecosystem of connectors. The strong developer support for custom connectors is a big plus, and the API platform makes it very easy to create API endpoints and collections. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

I find Workato very Ruby based, which introduces a bit of a learning curve, especially when creating custom connectors. I think having a bit more AI support for custom connector creation would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Low-Code Platform with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Workato?

I really appreciate that Workato is an easy to use and intuitive low code platform. I like how it's structured, making it convenient for a non-coder like me to dive in and work efficiently. I'm very pleased with Workato, especially its easy to use layout, helpful hints, and low code structure. The initial setup was great as well, with all our integrations migrating smoothly and ramping up team members was very smooth too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

I don't like how things get wiped out when copying certain recipes. Having this feature fixed would save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration for Simple Tasks"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Workato?

We use Workato for light integrations that we can deploy quicker than with Boomi. I appreciate its lightweight design and ease of use. The integrations with Slack and Workday work great, being very seamless and easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

I think that looking at it from a developer's standpoint, Workato will always be that lightweight and easy to use platform. This is a strength but also a weakness. I don't think I'd ever use this for anything other than simple integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Workflow Creation"
4/5
What do you like best about Workato?

I like the user interface of Workato. The connection recipe builder offers a very coherent way to think through the problem, allowing me to connect the dots from start to finish in a way that just makes sense for my brain. Additionally, the initial setup of Workato was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

I find complexity around ensuring that the data collected in one step is provided in a valid pill format in the next step. Sometimes the data requires a little bit of transformation to get that right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
