Workast is a project management app that helps teams track daily work, manage projects, monitor to-do lists and get more work done. Workast integrates directly with Slack so you can create tasks when you are having your conversations. **What do you like best about Workast?**

It's a lightweight tool, and plays nicely with Slack vs. most other tools.

**What do you dislike about Workast?**

We did not use Workast on the paid plan, but were told that there are no refunds despite this - charging customers for a product they don't use tells you all you need to know about a company!

**What problems is Workast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workast didn't work for us, which is why we chose not to use it - but were charged anyway and were told they will not refund us for a product we didn't use!
