The UX isn't very intuitive and managing integrated projects and campaigns is clunky. Everything is focused on the project, which makes it cumbersome to see dependencies and reporting across hundreds of projects. Because we're using a limited feature set, WMJ is an overpriced tool. Workamajig has an intuitive user interface, and the integration of financials (i.e., estimates, POs, expense tracking) is terrific. I'm a new user, but all signs are positive. The interface is unintuitive. Things do not automatically make sense and you don't always understand what a feature is. If you wanted to change settings, you'd have to dig way deep to find the function that allows for that. There is no good integrated onboarding system (no tool tips, nothing).
