It is built with the best technologies keeping in mind the present WORK FROM HOME scenario. It promotes maximum input from employees which results in healthy working and success. It doesn't do much except connecting employees with managers and vice-versa, It's still growing and has some glitches that need to be fixed to ensure smooth functioning.
