Work for Impact is solving the issues of limited work opportunities by connecting potential employers and employees from different parts of the globe.

It is also enabling people in remote parts to get exposure of and connections with the rest of the world.

Work for Impact also enables individual access to quality work with quality pay.

As a professional services company (Polaris Digital), staffing and running client teams is critical to our business and can represent a significant portion of the complexity involved. Work for Impact has allowed us to staff and run remote client teams with ease and complete peace of mind and transparency when it comes to hours and payments. The ethical stance of their business and team is another great component as that is embedded in every component of their process and platform, making it easy to 'do the right thing' when using offshore services. Our legal department preferred a written contract and payment by invoice, which proved a little more difficult than we expected. That said, once we worked hard collaboratively to set those up with WFI, we have not had a single issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You'll be lucky to work with CEO Geoff Hucker and the team. You'll be pleased with the strength of their talent sourcing and management. We saved a considerable amount of money by switching from another BPO to WFI, and our customers are still very happy with our customer service. I recommend meeting with Geoff if you're considering a new BPO solution to discuss what differentiates Work for Impact and how your business will benefit from their model.
