We don't have the best PCs on the floor, most we buy after a 3-year lease program because we don't require much horsepower as we run a green screen and some web SaaS apps. There is no noticable difference in performance on the PCs running the client. I think their pricing is very fair and competitiive. And the data it collets and displays in the client is very valuable, especially in use cases like ours where we have a few contractors connecting to our systems from their work computers that are not issues by us. **What do you dislike about Controlio?** Early into our trial and subscription I had to reclassify quite a bit of activity. This isn't critical, but helps with the productive work reporting. I also could not get the client to load from the command line. I wanted to load it with a silent switch.
