"Effortless Website Building for Non-Developers"
What do you like best about WordPress.org?

This CMS is very easy to use. Even though I am not a developer, I was able to build an entire website from scratch without any trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.org?

I use WooCommerce and feel that it should offer the ability to view customer orders by user name. Additionally, it would be helpful if it included information on how many times each customer has made a purchase, their buying frequency, and which products they purchase most often. I believe it would benefit from having more advanced analytics features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordPress Review"
What do you like best about WordPress.org?

I like that we use WordPress to help us write blogs for our store website. It is very easy to use. We have also used it to create a separate web page to advertise our Body Shop. It has easy tools and templates that makes designing easy for people who aren't great at designing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordPress.org – Still the Easiest and Most Reliable Website Builder"
What do you like best about WordPress.org?

I like the new plugin updates and better theme support. The block editor is smoother and easier to use, and the SEO tools and page speed have also improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.org?

The table spacing issue still needs fixing. Also, the “justify” alignment should work properly in all sections, like comments or discussion pages. It would be nice to have a more accurate live preview for mobile editing too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Flexible, and Fully Customizable"
What do you like best about WordPress.org?

As a solo entrepreneur, having full control over my online presence is non-negotiable, and that's exactly what I get with WordPress.org. From the very beginning, setting up my site with a hosting provider was a smooth process. What truly stands out is the ability to grow and adapt without being limited. I can start with a simple theme and add functionality as my business evolves, thanks to the vast ecosystem of plugins.

I'm not a tech expert, but the WordPress interface makes it simple to manage everything from content updates to site maintenance. The power to customize my site using semi-custom themes gives me the best of both worlds: a unique look without the complexity of coding from scratch. This flexibility has been a game-changer for my business, allowing me to focus on my passion instead of technical headaches. For any business owner who wants a scalable and powerful website solution, I can't recommend WordPress.org enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.org?

While the core of WordPress.org is a fantastic free resource, the costs can add up quickly. It's a bit of a "freemium" model where many of the most powerful and well-supported plugins and themes require a paid license. As a budget-conscious business owner, it can be frustrating to find that the perfect tool for a specific need is locked behind a premium subscription.

Furthermore, managing all the moving parts—WordPress core, themes, and various plugins—can be a bit of a juggling act. Regular updates are crucial for security, but they can occasionally lead to compatibility conflicts, which can be time-consuming to troubleshoot. It's not a deal-breaker, but new users should be aware that some maintenance and potential costs are part of the deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Most Flexible and Powerful Website Platform"
What do you like best about WordPress.org?

WordPress offers unmatched flexibility and control. I love that I can build anything—from a simple blog to a complex e-commerce site—without needing advanced coding skills. The huge library of plugins and themes allows for endless customization, and there’s a strong community for support and troubleshooting. It’s open-source, SEO-friendly, and integrates well with almost any third-party tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.org?

Sometimes managing updates (plugins, themes, and WordPress core) can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you’re running a site with lots of integrations. Also, without proper security plugins or best practices, sites can be vulnerable to attacks. A small learning curve exists for beginners, but it’s manageable with a bit of effort.
