"WordPress Makes Professional Website Design Fast and Effortless"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I used WordPress to design websites, and I really appreciated how much it simplified the whole process. The platform provides flexible themes, a strong block editor, and responsive design controls that make it easier to build professional-looking layouts quickly. Since hosting, security, and updates are handled automatically, I was able to focus more on design, layout, and the overall user experience rather than spending time on technical maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Although WordPress is a strong platform, performance and load times can sometimes suffer because of platform and plugin bloat. WordPress.com also feels limiting when I need advanced customization or deeper integrations, especially compared with self-hosted WordPress. On top of that, some editing workflows can be confusing, and the lack of low-level control makes it harder to optimize the site or handle more complex design requirements. "Effortless Website Management, Robustly User-Friendly"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I use WordPress.com to create and manage websites effortlessly for my clients and myself. It's affordable, which is a big plus for me. I really appreciate how easy it is to edit sites—the block editor and themes allow me to update and refine pages without needing technical skills. I can move around and edit text and images and have a preview, which saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Security! too easy to get virus. WP handles security well overall, it could improve by offering more transparent security logs, alerts for suspicious activity, firewall Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Yet Occasionally Glitchy Design Experience"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like that WordPress.com is not complex to use; it's easy to navigate. The drag and drop method is great, and I love that I don't have to worry about coding at all. The Astra theme and Elementor are fantastic, I really enjoy using Elementor. It's very easy to make websites with these tools, and after learning WordPress.com, I can create a website in about 2 days. Although researching takes time, designing is enjoyable and doesn't take much time. I also find some plugins like Rank Math amazing, as they help with creating site maps and make it easier to connect to Google Search Console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

There are a lot of plugins and there is no way to know if a plugin is good, and sometimes they make the website glitch during design. Adding some plugins can also slow down the website speed. The design can glitch, making the page become horizontal or shift to the left. I also want WordPress.com to have a private chat feature for direct help, similar to what Hostinger offers. "Easy to Use but with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like that WordPress.com is very easy and simple to use and that it can be integrated with other tools. It is valuable to me because it allows me to create web pages and integrate, for example, with the Hootsuite tool, and also with other records, which makes it easier to capture records from the web pages. What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

The way I can dictate the forms is a bit complicated for me. Also, finding things more easily is a challenge, because I've been using it for about a year and I think there are things I still don't understand. Moreover, the search engine could be better since I recently deleted a form and it was very difficult for me to add it back and find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal Platform for Effortless Blogging"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I use WordPress.com for my general blog and find it very easy to use, even without technical knowledge. I really appreciate that there's no need for hosting, which saves me time, and it's particularly easy for personal small blogs. The setup is easy, the design is clear, and it's reliable. I can focus on my blog without any technical difficulty or need for coding, and the initial setup was straightforward and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I used the free version that has only limited customization options. If some options were added, it would be good for me. Such as access to additional themes, control over fonts layout. If I could use basic plugins in the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
