I like that WordPress.com is easy to use even if you don’t know coding. It has many ready-made themes and plugins to build any type of site. It is good for blogs, small business sites, and landing pages. It also works well with other tools like Mailchimp and social media, which saves time

Sometimes it can be confusing to find the right plugin or theme. Also, some features need paid plans. It would be better if more options were free for small websites

This tool makes it easy for me to build and run my website without needing to learn coding. It helps me share my blog posts and updates with my audience. I think WordPress.com is easy to use and everything is rich, like a drag and drop. Plus, it gives a very professional look if you use a good theme. It doesn't feel like a typical website, and it requires just half the time to work on. So it's a better approach altogether.

I think there could be more features to enhance security. While there are plugins available, I feel the basic security of WordPress.com could be tighter.

A best platform for website creation to promotion. I can install as many plugins as i want. This gives me lots of flexibility. Websites can be edit on daily basis. Best platform for content management. Easy to integrate with tools as well.

- Require attention for security reasons
- This is not for non developer user

I think the best thing about it is the sheer amount of plugins available and how developers can make their own plugins to suit the needs of businesses, rather than having to wait for WordPress to build the features

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

It can be quite difficult to navigate. Especially compared to platforms like Wix, I have used both and found Wix much more user friendly, but I suppose that’s user friendliness comes at a cost and that cost is the flexibility and scope that WordPress offers

It’s enabling our business to have a dynamic website that can be easily accessed by different members of the team. 

It’s also allowed us to have multiple plugins that makes managing the website and therefore the business as a whole, much easier

I enjoy using WordPress.com because it's easy and very user-friendly. WooCommerce integration is also fantastic, making it very easy to add and update products regularly. The initial setup of WordPress.com is very easy, even a non-technical user can do it.

Yes, most of the plugin can be hacked so increase safety so the website can't compromise. Well, third-party plugins use to do that.

I use WordPress.com to create a website for my business, boosting its online presence. It's user-friendly, easy to set up even for non-technical users, and integrating WooCommerce makes adding and updating products simple.

The paid plans are a bit expensive but overall the website creation is best. The UI of the website can be improved it looks a bit outdated.

I have been using WordPress for close to 7 years now. That's when I had launched my travel blog "Travels With Passion". I first tried their free version for few weeks and then moved to their Business Plan. Since then my blog has progressed in leaps and bounds and today has large number of subscribers from around the world. What I love most is their technical support which is just outstanding. In addition the platform is very user friendly. And the SEO support through All in one SEO is a great feature and so are the numerous free plug-ins.

Frankly there is nothing that I don't like as I am a very satisfied user.

**What do you like best about WordPress.com?**

WordPress is an incredibly easy to use and versatile platform that allows myself and other PTSEM members to build and update sites very easily. At Princeton Theological Seminary, we use WordPress to manage and publish content on our main website, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I also am in the process of building out content from a lot of our subsites, which is made way easier through WordPress's extensive use of templates and plugins. The ability to create custom post types, and integrate SEO tools has been especially helpful.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

While WordPress is powerful, and the use of themes can be very helpful, sometimes the rigidity of those themes can end up hamstringing our process.

As I previously mentioned, WP has been very helpful in allowing us to build out updates to the site very quickly. The ease of use makes training other folks on some of the simpler tasks very easy, and all of that leads to a quicker development/update time.

I like that its very easy to use. You don’t need to be a computer genius to use WordPress. It has  features,  menus, and tools that are easy to understand. my friend told me about wordpress, and when it was time for me to creat my website, i did right away with no difficulty.

Secondly, free to Start. WordPress itself doesn’t cost any money to use. You can download it and start creating your site without spending a penny. (only  some extras cost you money.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

With the plugins on WordPress, you always need to constantly update it, otherwise it will not function properly. I dislike that.

**What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With its low cost, I can start my website with just domain and hosting fee, because WordPress itself is free, and this makes it an affordable choice for businesses of any size. so i benefit from it that way.

I have used WordPress many times for my projects and for quick prototype. It is easy to use and customizable. Also, there are thousands of free templates to use and free plugins for quick hands on.

One thing I don't like about WordPress is its storage limit.
