We used a few integrations such as elementor for page building which was quite user friendly. The price of things was comparable to other platforms. **What do you dislike about WordPress.com?** The block editor is powerful but not always intuitive, there's a learning curve to it. A lot of integrations are locked behind high tier plans. You cannot fine tune optimization, the free plan is limited and the higher plans are comparable to other platforms. The shop function is at a fair price per year considering how expensive it is to build your own nowadays with the new PSD2 enforcement coming December 2020. **What do you dislike about WordPress.com?** I don't like how you can't access the backend files via FTP, I had issues late last year where one client of mine was using YooTheme which uses abspath which Wordpress.com doesn't support, it is also annoying that you can't edit the htaccess file and a lot of plugins are banned. Other than this you should probably sway away from using this as it requires too many plugins that can go out of date and could possible become unmanageable.
