What do you like best about WordPerfect Word Processor?

What do you like best about WordPerfect Word Processor?

Word Perfect is very easy to use for document creation. I remember using this program in secondary school, probably even primary. The templates are easy to edit and you can create anything from a newsletter type document to an essay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WordPerfect Word Processor?

WordPerfect has a feature called Reveal Codes. That allows you to view not just the things you see in the document, but it lets you see all the the code that goes on behind the scenes so that you can fix issues that you can't find anywhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPerfect Word Processor?

When I open or save to a Word document, many times the formatting is different. I really wish that Corel could get the formatting to be identical so that there could be much better cross-program collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WordPerfect Word Processor:

WordPerfect is great, but because there are formatting issues when working with Word files, it's not a program that is great for collaboration when others use Word. If you stick with RTF or a univeral format, or if everyone uses WordPerfect, it's an great solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPerfect Word Processor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to take documents that some of my peers have worked on and fixed things within the documents that they have not been able to take care of. This usually is because I can see the code and what's happening, but it allows me to really troubleshoot document issues when others have been unable to in Word. What do you like best about WordPerfect Word Processor?

It gives me complete control over my document, and the reveal codes work really well to show what is going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPerfect Word Processor?

I use Greek and Hebrew text, but I cannot paste them into the document. I therefore use Microsoft Word more often for academic purposes. It is great for handling footnotes, tables of content, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WordPerfect Word Processor:

If you don't need to paste Hebrew or Greek from Logos, WordPerfect is the best word processor by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
