We have offices in Canada, the US and Colombia and we have used Wordly during meetings where everyone was together. 4 languages needed to be interpreted, and Wordly solved our problem of having to use an in-person interpreter (actually, 3 people were required!!). Wordly was a salvation for us ! Since we held an international conference (CARSP 2025 in May) and a national conference (Association of Canadian Ergonomists 2025 in October), where people spoke French, English, and many other languages. it would be nice to not have to jump through so many steps to get it up and running. The whole "minutes thing" is also annoying. I've got a license, let me add users easily, and let them use the service. Additionally, the help "emails" take way too long, get a help chat on the website. get a how to user guide with visuals. We use Wordly mainly in an education and enablement setting. Bringing materials that are mostly developed in English speaking markets to places like Japan and the Greater China Area is very difficult. We can translate the subject matter, however being able to deliver the training, explain and develop concepts, receive and answer real time questions or give a demonstration is best done live and in person. Using Wordly has made that possible. Trainers and experts from EU, US and Australia can come to Japan and interact with very little lag and very high levels of comprehension. It isn’t very user-friendly, and for Québec in particular, it would be extremely helpful to have the documentation available in French.
