"Convenient and User-Friendly for Conferences and Webinars"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It is very convienent for conference and webinar use. Easy to navigate. We have 2-3 conference a year with 500-700 attendees. 15% of the attendees need Spanish translations. I like that they can read or hear the interpertations for the sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

the delay for teh translation. It has improved since we started with Wordly, but still needs improvement. Also reading it is more on target than hearing it, but the attendee needs to look at the screen or presenter and can't read the bubbles in every session. That is be biggest program. Sometimes during my show the session I create is deleted. I don't know why this happens, I am the only one that has admin rights at the conference. I have to create a new session and distributer a new link to all attendees which sometimes is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dave Deasy of Wordly AI-Powered...

"User-Friendly and Intuitive"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It´s very user-friendly, with the QR to enter.

Allows for each individual to choose the language they want to hear from.

Great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It would be good to have more languages included.

Non-European languages are needed to improve, like Chinese, Malay, Arabic, and others.

It would be good to have automatic glossaries that you could just choose to incorporate to block curse words in the different languages.

Have all glossaries incorporated in all meetings already in all languages that we have one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Translation and Cost Savings with Wordly"

I like using Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation to translate teachers' classes into English and to translate documents from different languages. I appreciate its accuracy in interpretation and the ease of use of the tool. It's great that it saves us the costs of in-person interpreters, and I love the agility when using it, as I only need to have minutes available and I can use it anytime and anywhere. I also value the fidelity in translation and the integration with Zoom. I quite enjoy the translation and review of written documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Much success with Wordly in the past years - but disappointed this year"
4/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It makes it possible for our international delegates to hear information in their own language - or read it in their own language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

I was very unhappy with an unexpected "surcharge" of over $1400 that I was totally not expecting. Apparently someone left it on for 5 extra hours when no one was using it and we were told we had to pay for it. We are disputing that as it was totally not communicated that this would be happening.
