Perhaps I miss a bit more fluidity in the timing between when the speaker talks and Wordly launches the interpretation, as well as the ability to slow down the speed at which the interpretation is delivered; it is excessively fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wordly is quite convenient for multi-language voice & text live translation. It's easy for the participants to connect to the translation with the QR code link. Additionally, it is easy for them to choose their own language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We first used Wordly for the live Eng-Thai text translation to overlay the PowerPoint presentation during the Town Hall. That helped local Thai staff understand the foreign director's speech. On the other hand, local Thai staff can ask the director in Thai, and the director can understand it in English. Later, we have an event featuring a Japanese speaker, allowing us to conduct live text translation on the PowerPoint presentation again. Recently, we hosted a seminar attended by many foreigners. This time, we're doing live voice translation. Participants can hear the speech in their selected own language. The translation accuracy is quite good. We like the word-override feature that really helps with specific words, such as local Thai names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The best thing is how easy it is to use and the fact that it's all in real time. So users an easily communicate on the go and they dont have to go through multiple hoops like create an account. They just scan the QR code, or click a link and select the language and it's all there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

There isn't really a huge downside, but I would highly recommend that you guys provide full online tutorials and guidebooks on how meeting facilitators can use it. Its easy to use from an attendee perspective as you just have to scan the QR Code or click a link, but i am talking about the meeting facilitators who set up the Wordly session, start and end the translation, monitor that the feed is working correctly, and ensures attendees can access the QR code link. For someone in this position, more guidance on troubleshooting, configuration options, and best practices would be very helpful. Overall, it is a great tool for attendees, but free additional support materials would significantly improve the experience for those administering the sessions. The main problem is effective communication with members whose native language is not English. We are part of an international research consortium which has members from over 17 countries around the world. We hold many meetings and events and Wordly really helps enable proper dissemination of materials. It's so convenient as its translated in real time so members can effectively participate without the need of a translator. It helps us be efficient and breaks multiple communication barriers.
