3.5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

the accuracy in translation is truly impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

I noticed during the translation that there was a delay. This was to be expected, however, at times, it reached over 15 seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great language variety and support, but recording unavailable and high costs"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

I like that it has a dictionary that can be customized and help improve the quality of translations, even though we do not use it enough. I also like the variety of languages that are offered, as it is quite broad and global. The customer support has generally been good and once we learned the system and integrated it properly, it became easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

I dislike that we can't record in a specific language from Wordly. One of the big losses we've felt from moving from human translations was that we had duplicates of our webinars in two additional languages that were their own videos. Now, folks are reliant on their own software, or using YouTube translated captions to watch the videos back in a different language than English. Also, because it charges by the minute we use much more time than we often budget per hour, because we want to have the translations ready to go early. It is very expensive compared to other tools and because of minute-by-minute charge, we use it much less than we would if we paid an annual fee (which we may move to a platform like that). The audio translation is quite delayed so it doesn't often feel helpful for a webinar or discussion, and therefore the cost is really high for just needing text. It's also difficult to understand our participants' use of Wordly -- if someone joins for two seconds it counts them as a user, so it's hard to know if the software is being used throughout a meeting, or even needed. There may be tools for this, but I wish it was easier for the facilitator to see whether anyone is using the translations live, because if nobody is, then we wouldn't have to use up our time. Lastly, I wish the bundle of time we had to purchase was smaller. We don't use all of the time and it sometimes makes our hourly cost similar to what we would pay real humans. "Easy QR Scanning and Portable Convenience Anywhere"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The ease of scanning a QR code and portability to be used anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

Having a deadline to use minutes. We had one year to use the minutes allotted and we weren't sure if we'd use them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dave Deasy of Wordly AI-Powered...

Thanks for taking the time to write this, Michelle. Glad the QR code and portability made things easy for your meetings and events, and we appreciate the honest feedback along with it. Thanks for being a Wordly customer.

"Custom Word Indexing Makes Worldly Translations Truly Context-Aware"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

I really like the fact that we can upload our own index, or directory, of words that are common and specific to our cultural setting. Words that might not make sense outside of a Christian context can be indexed into our Worldly profile and translated more accurately so people can fully grasp the content of the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The only thing I wish were different is that Worldly had the ability to translate using the actual voice of the person speaking. There are options for different voices, but they’re preset. It would be great if Worldly could take a sample of someone’s real voice and then use that sample to deliver the translation in that same voice. I think that would make the experience feel even more connected and natural. That said, honestly, the service as it is now is pretty amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Browser-Based Access Makes Wordly an Easy Sell for Clients"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

I like the attendees don't need to download a new app or any program. They can just access Wordly straight from their browser, using a link or a QR code. It removes an additional barrier to adopting a new technology, which is an easy sell to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

Not much to dislike about Wordly for translation solutions. The pricing model is fair, customer support is great, and the product is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5

Very easy to set up and launch. Also user friendly for audience. I especially like its integration with Zoon since that's what we mostly use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

When using with Zoom, only the host can start the session. It would be nice if an alternative person can be assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dave Deasy of Wordly AI-Powered...

Hearing from federations that had never spoken up before is about the best outcome we could ask for. Thanks for the review, and for the Zoom hosting note.

"Easy tool that helps the whole organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

User-friendly interface that’s very easy to use. It’s simple to add hours, and there’s no need to create new sessions every single time. Overall, it helps employees throughout the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The new interface feels a bit less user-friendly. It takes a couple of extra steps to start a new session compared to how it used to be, and I do miss the old layout a little, not going to lie. That said, the translation has been getting better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s very easy to use, and it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

There are some translation errors, which can make it difficult to follow. When multiple people speak at the same time or when jargon is used, the translation sometimes has issues and becomes harder to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
