The Wordly program offers a short trial, and if translation is an expense for your group, I highly recommend giving it a try.

You will not be disappointed.

What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It is a more flexible and affordable option for our global organization. I also appreciate that we can maintain a glossary because we have a number of terms and acronyms that are specific to our field. What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It's unfortunate that Wordly can only be connected to one Zoom account on our team, so it takes some logistics to make that work smoothly. The other challenge we have faced is that many of our English-speaking participants are from outside the US, so Wordly isn't always able to provide a quality translation for those speakers' accents. We've gotten feedback from our French speakers that they are less inclined to join meetings because the English-French translation is difficult to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For Wordly, every user needs to have their own tablet and preferably earphones to listen to the audio (very helpful for long meetings). It's been a change management exercise for our Board who was used to being provided headsets by interpreters, and some needed more hands on support by staff to learn how to use the tool, but we've gotten there.
