"Wordly has transformed the inclusivity of our school events"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It’s remarkably accurate, easy to deploy, and versatile. We can use it across small meetings or large events, and the experience for families is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The cost is high, which could be a barrier for some organizations. That said, the value it brings—especially for family engagement and inclusion—makes it worth the investment. A more flexible pricing model would be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and easy to use.

Quick to set program up at location Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The only minor consideration—if it can even be called a downside—is that you’ll need to input any group-specific wording. Doing so actually benefits your users. It can be time-consuming, but their support staff is excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An affordable interpretation option"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It is a more flexible and affordable option for our global organization. I also appreciate that we can maintain a glossary because we have a number of terms and acronyms that are specific to our field. And when we have had questions, the Wordly team has been very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

It's unfortunate that Wordly can only be connected to one Zoom account on our team, so it takes some logistics to make that work smoothly. The other challenge we have faced is that many of our English-speaking participants are from outside the US, so Wordly isn't always able to provide a quality translation for those speakers' accents. We've gotten feedback from our French speakers that they are less inclined to join meetings because the English-French translation is difficult to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Price, ease of use, and excellent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

The technology is still in development, so mistakes occur fairly often, and few clients are interested in developing a glossary to improve the AI performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Translations with Lightning-Fast Response"
4.5/5

The ease of use and the quick response time in translating complex topicsé Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?

There is nothing I dislike per say, but maybe the minutes countdown could be set up to the actual amount of time translated vs having to manually disable the session to prevent wasted minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
