Word of Tour is review management software for tour and activity operators who sell on Google, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide and Viator. Travelers pick tours by rating and review count, so Word of Tour works on both: getting more reviews, and answering every one well. Ask. Each tour gets its own printable QR card. At the end of the tour, guests scan it, choose the platform they booked on, and land on that platform's review form. Every guest sees the same choices, so no one is filtered out. Guide codes show which tours and guides bring in the most reviews. Answer. New-review emails from each platform are forwarded into one inbox, sorted most urgent first. Each review comes with a reply drafted in the guest's language that fits the platform's rules. Staff read it, adjust it and post it. Alert. Reviews at 3 stars or lower, or ones that mention safety or a refund, trigger an email with the reason and a drafted reply. Staff can get these emails too. Prove. On the 1st of each month, owners get a short report: new reviews per platform, rating, reply rate, QR scans, and an estimated booking range. Built by a former tour agency employee who watched staff copy every review into an AI chat and paste the reply back by hand.
