**What do you like best about wooz?**

I’m in back-to-back meetings all day. Mostly partners, clients, and investors. Keeping track of who uses what tech, what we last talked about, and what I actually need to ask? That used to be a mess in my head.

Wooz changed that. It preps me before every call with exactly what I need to know. Recent company insights, past chats, key questions to ask. No digging through emails, no scrambling for notes. It just lands in my inbox before the meeting. It highlights the most important questions based on context, so I can get straight to the point instead of wasting time. Plus, it runs in the background with my calendar, resulting in zero effort on my end.

If you’re in a lot of meetings and want to show up sharp every time, Wooz is a must-have.

**What do you dislike about wooz?**

I wish Wooz had even deeper integrations with more sales tools. Right now, it covers the basics really well, but there are a few platforms I use daily that I’d love to connect directly. That said, they’re constantly improving and adding new features, so I’m hopeful these integrations will come soon!

**What problems is wooz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The preparation for sales meetings has shrunk from 30 minutes to under 5 minutes. Top-notch experience :)

**What do you like best about wooz?**

As a 19-year-old founder of a SaaS startup, I love how Wooz simplifies and optimizes our sales processes. Its seamless integration of data across platforms and AI-powered automation of routine tasks like follow-ups and CRM updates save us so much time. Plus, the instant account briefings are a fantastic feature that helps us stay prepared and professional in every meeting.

**What do you dislike about wooz?**

I miss having built-in integrations with some of the other tools I use daily. However, Wooz has mentioned that new integrations are on the way, and I’m excited to see what’s coming next.

**What problems is wooz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wooz.ai is solving the challenge of fragmented sales workflows and time-consuming manual tasks. By centralizing all sales data and automating repetitive processes like CRM updates, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling, it saves me countless hours. This allows me to focus on building relationships with clients and closing deals rather than managing administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about wooz?**

I used to spend 30-45 min for my call preperation, containing research, thinking of questions etc. Now I can trust and rely on the briefing of wooz. Easier for me to just focus on the call instead of long prepation.

**What do you dislike about wooz?**

At first you need to configurate the template of what info you want to recieve at which lead stage. I had to think about that, but the onboarding personell helped me so wasn't to bad.

**What problems is wooz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my call prepation easier and gives me clarity for my sales calls. Thats pretty cool!

**What do you like best about wooz?**

Its very easy to usw. I just connected my google calendar and it worked. I recieve meeting briefings always 15 minutes before I jump into a sales call.

**What do you dislike about wooz?**

sometimes the personal info a person is a little generic. I wish they could scan through all there instagram, tiktok and co and tell me everything personal about them.

**What problems is wooz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get more clarity and better questions for my sales calls when using wooz. Since using wooz "great question" is something I hear really often in my calls. I feel way better prepared then ever before!
