"Finally, a way to make quizzes and surveys that people actually enjoy!"
What do you like best about Woorise?

The thing I love most about Woorise is that it makes our brand look "expensive" without the massive price tag or a team of developers. We’ve been leaning heavily into their quizzes and surveys lately, and the templates are a total lifesaver. Instead of starting with a blank white page and a headache, I can just pick a sleek, pre-made quiz layout and have it live in twenty minutes.

The interactive elements are super smooth. We use the logic features to create "Choose Your Own Adventure" style quizzes—if a user picks Option A, they see a different set of questions than someone who picks Option B. It feels more like a conversation than an interrogation! Also, their visual reporting for surveys is actually fun to look at. I can see exactly where people are dropping off or what they’re loving without having to squint at a messy Excel sheet. Plus, if I ever get stuck, their support team is like having a helpful friend on standby—they’re fast, human, and genuinely care about getting your campaign over the finish line. What do you dislike about Woorise?

Since there are so many buttons and "bells and whistles" for customization, it can feel a little overwhelming for the first hour or two. I definitely recommend poking around the dashboard for a bit to see what’s possible before diving into a big project. Once you get the "vibe" of how the logic works, though, it’s smooth sailing. "Powerful form builder for lead generation"
What do you like best about Woorise?

The biggest win for me is the flexibility. Most builders force you into a specific format, but with Woorise, I can switch between conversational forms (great for mobile engagement), multi-step forms (better for complex lead qualifying), or standard single-page forms in seconds. The 2,000+ templates are actually high-quality and modern, which saves us hours of design time. I also love that I don’t have to jump between tools anymore; being able to build landing pages, interactive quizzes, and popups from one dashboard is a total workflow game-changer. To top it off, their support is superb—they are incredibly responsive and actually take the time to help you solve problems rather than just sending automated links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

Because Woorise is very flexible and feature-rich there is a bit of a learning curve at the start. However, once you’re familiar with it, it quickly becomes an everyday tool for marketing and lead generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Woorise"
What do you like best about Woorise?

It's easy to use and implement, they offer customer support in a timely manner, it is flexible for frequent or intermittent use, there are multiple features, and it is easy to integrate. It gives me feedback to improve my responses. It anticipates what questions others would ask. It prompts me to clarify my ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

I should use it more to make my work life simpler! I use it to enter sweepstakes that are offered, and use it when a sweepstakes calls for a review. Woorise monitors my responses and makes sure that I am not giving generic answers. It pushes me to give thoughtful, clear answers. I received a review within a few days of posting my review. "The best marketing platform i've ever experienced"
What do you like best about Woorise?

I switched to Woorise after struggling with Jotform’s limitations around real-time tracking and user management, and I'm so glad I did. It handled all my complex form logic with ease, and the built-in dashboard made managing sign-ins and sign-outs a breeze. It feels way more dynamic and responsive, especially when you need to track data on the fly and interact with users in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

Honestly, my only gripe with Woorise is that the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when you're building more complex forms or quizzes. It took me a little while to get used to where everything is, and some of the features aren’t as intuitive as I’d hoped. But once you get the hang of it, it’s totally manageable — just wish the learning curve was a little smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Lead Generation Powerhouse"
What do you like best about Woorise?

What I value most about Woorise is its role as an "all-in-one" platform, providing far more than just simple giveaway tools. While most competitors, like Gleam or RafflePress, focus exclusively on running contests, Woorise stands out by functioning as a complete lead generation suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

Woorise's primary disadvantages are its steep learning curve and a cluttered interface, which can make it more confusing to use than simpler alternatives such as Gleam. Many users point out that advanced customization options, like CSS, as well as important features such as higher entry limits or viral sharing, are only available through costly paid plans. This restricts the platform's usefulness for those with smaller budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Lead Gen Solution with Seamless WordPress Integration"
What do you like best about Woorise?

It’s an all-in-one lead gen tool (landing pages, forms, surveys, quizzes, giveaways) with a WordPress plugin, so you can embed campaigns directly in your site. Woorise helps businesses capture and convert leads: https://woorise.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

Limited native WordPress form features compared to pure WP form plugins

Because Woorise is an all-in-one platform (landing pages + forms + giveaways), the WordPress plugin is mainly for embedding. It’s not as deeply integrated into WP as Gravity Forms or Fluent Forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Campaign Platform That Makes Lead Generation Effortless"
What do you like best about Woorise?

My biggest "aha!" moment with Woorise is the sheer variety of campaigns you can launch from a single dashboard. Usually, you need a different platform for contests, another for landing pages, and a third for quizzes. Woorise bundles all that into one, and it's all seamless.

It's a Time-Saver: I can go from "I need a contest idea" to "The contest is live" in under an hour, thanks to their great templates.

The Look & Feel: The final campaigns don't look like they were built with a generic tool. They're genuinely sleek and professional, which is so important for brand image.

The Power of Growth: I love that every campaign is designed to do one thing brilliantly: capture leads. It integrates easily with my email marketing, so the moment someone enters a giveaway, they're seamlessly added to my list. It makes lead generation feel less like a chore and more like a natural side effect of providing something fun.

In short, the best thing is the smooth, all-in-one capability that makes running a fun, growth-focused campaign feel genuinely easy and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

While it's marketed as easy, the process of building a complex campaign isn't always as smooth as I'd like.

A "Clunky" Feel: The interface, especially when you're jumping between the main Campaign Builder and the separate Form Editor, can feel a bit clunky and less intuitive than some modern drag-and-drop tools. Users sometimes mention a steep learning curve at the beginning. It's functional, but it takes trial and error to figure out where all the advanced settings are buried.

Limited Customization for Advanced Users: For someone who wants total design control, the customization options for the landing pages can be a bit limited. You might find yourself wishing you had more flexibility to adjust every small detail to perfectly match your brand's aesthetic without needing to dive into custom CSS.

In summary, my main dislikes are the anxiety-inducing entry caps on successful campaigns and a user experience that is less polished than its competitors in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Giveaway / Lead Gen tool built on Wordpress"
What do you like best about Woorise?

It's simple to set up. There are a variety of templates to choose from, so I never get stuck trying to figure out what type of campaign I can run. The best templates are the giveaways. If you want people to follow you on social media to get a freebie, then this tool will easily do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

Since it is built on top of WordPress, it feels a little clunky. There are also very few customization options. The look of the forms are simple, which might not always fit the campaign I am using it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"so far so good"
What do you like best about Woorise?

Woorise has been an excellent tool for creating engaging campaigns and expanding my audience. The platform is user-friendly, featuring a clean drag-and-drop interface and a variety of useful templates that make it easy to get started. I particularly value the flexibility it offers in designing landing pages and managing giveaways, which saves me a lot of time while maintaining a professional appearance. The integrations with email platforms and analytics tools work smoothly, and whenever I had questions, the support team was always helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone aiming to enhance their marketing efforts and generate more leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

Woorise shows potential, but my experience with it was somewhat underwhelming. Although the interface appears clean, I found it occasionally clunky and not always intuitive to navigate. Certain features seem limited, particularly when trying to implement advanced customization or set up more complex logic flows for campaigns. The free plan feels quite restrictive, and I quickly encountered paywalls when I needed access to essential tools. Additionally, I noticed that pages sometimes loaded slowly while I was editing. Overall, it's not a bad platform, but there are other alternatives available that offer greater flexibility and better value for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful, beginner-friendly platform for giveaways and lead generation"
What do you like best about Woorise?

Woorise is incredibly easy to use, even if you’re not tech-savvy. I loved how quickly I could set up beautiful landing pages and giveaway forms without needing to code. The templates are well-designed, and the drag-and-drop functionality made the whole process seamless. Their integrations with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and Zapier are a huge plus, helping to automate and scale campaigns easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Woorise?

While Woorise is excellent overall, it does have a few limitations. Some advanced customization options—like conditional logic or branded entry confirmation emails—are only available on higher-tier plans. The analytics dashboard could also be a bit more detailed for power users who want deeper campaign insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
