What do you like best about Wooqer?

1- Easy to Build any type of process.

2- Easy to Communicate with each other.

3- Get all the data in 1 report.

4- quicker to collect data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wooqer?

Not dislike like but improvement area.

1- Report dose not have process header.

2- Process dose not have a functionality on clicking yes then other lines get visible.

3- Level process dose not have option to get copy level zero to level one, you need to type all.

4- Home page have too many information.

5- User dose not get email on their utilization of modules and process, so they can be get more active.

6- Admin dose not have right to get process API's to link with another software, it takes lot of time and have costing for each API's work, this platform is build to get build all sort of things by a user or admin.

Recommendations to others considering Wooqer:

Need lot of improvement -

1- Wooqer layout is not user friendly

2- Procees API's not available on admin end

3- Wooqer team need to resolve exiting issues 1st.

4- Need to work on report

1) Process Header,

2) Auto-reminders & Notifications on both E-mail and In-App notifications for Processes and Modules

3) Open APIs for integration and also option to build custom integrations

4) Homepage optimised for each user

5) Best-in-class SLA of FCR in under 60 minutes 24x7

6) Smart reports and custom dashboards

Would appreciate if you could take a look at Wooqer again now and re-share your rating of Wooqer.
