What I like best about WooCommerce Store Manager is how it makes managing an online store much faster and more efficient. Instead of editing products one by one in the WooCommerce dashboard, I can manage products, prices, stock levels, and categories in bulk from a single interface. It feels similar to working with a spreadsheet, which saves a lot of time, especially when handling large product catalogs. What I liked best about WooCommerce is that I could simply install plugin with my browser to help me solve complex connections between my online store and other blog mediums I was using. The only thing that I didn't like about WooCommerce was that it took a little bit too long to connect with someone in customer service when i had questions. However, it was only a couple of days. It may help others in a similar situation when trying to get set up. For me, I bounced to another project when I was having trouble with the set-up which delayed launch and hitting deadlines I had. The software is designed in a very good way possible. I like it a lot because you dont need to be online all the time. More than 2-3 people can handle the data entry without slowing down the website. Very easy to be use. Fantastic customer service and very very responsive. They are actively trying to develop and make the software better and if there is any issue they can fix it right away. What do you dislike about WooCommerce Store Manager? 1- If it could update the entry data automatically it would be good 2- Some of the fields are missing (The advanced one, like author ...), but the good news is they are working on it 3- Phone customer service could be a good feature to be added to this software, someone could help you on the phone 4- Customer service is available to you before 1 PM (EST), if you have any other question you should wait till next day.
