**What do you like best about Woobot?**

Woobot was really helpful for automating notifications on important business updates that would then fire off through slack. this made it very easy to select who would receive the notifications as all they had to do was be added to the slack channel

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

I did not have much first hand experience with the back end of Woobot but one thing that made the tool a little inconvenient was if someone had bulk updated Salesforce and Woobot would suddenly send off hundreds of notifications to various slack channels

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped to create visibility into important business changes like cancellations whereby every time a cancellation was entered, Woobot would not only send a notification promptly but also include all the relevant information that was logged in Salesforce

Its not free and there is no outsource possibility for client management

**What do you like best about Woobot?**

Woobot has been super helpful in transparency across our demand team. We have Woobot integrated with our Slack instance so we get notifications when an opportunity is created and who the person was that created it.

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

I work solely on the first half of our sales process so Woobot is helpful in reporting and sharing new opportunities. One thing I wish Woobot did was send notifications to Slack whenever an opportunity is updated. I'd love to see where my opportunities are after I have handed them off.

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any specific problems with Woobot and it's been beneficial to see activity across our team (who is spread out geographically) when it comes to our new opportunities.

**What do you like best about Woobot?**

While originally designed to sit “in the flow” between sales opportunities and the internal collaborative communities that support these opps, the flexibility was always there to extend into other Salesforce apps as they were brought online. For instance, projects, resources, and projects in FinancialForce PSA. Woobot has grown as we have, which allows us to continue to find value in notifications and integration.

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

It would be nice to see notifications evolve to the point of being conversation starters. Right now, notifications and task reminders are a “one and done” action. But personal notifications should be more of a persistent nudge for the most important tasks. For instance, if sales opps need “close date” to be updated by a certain day and time every week in order to prep for recurring planning and forecasting meetings, Woobot should continue to remind until the task is done. Persistent reminders.

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into opportunity flow is problem number one for me. As new leads are generated, it’s good to monitor for specific companies and titles to ensure we are putting our best foot forward at the start of the cycle.

**What do you like best about Woobot?**

Gives me notifications that I need quickly and accurately for updates on our salesforce opportunities. 

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

Setting up woobot can be difficult at times just because of how archaic salesforce is, so its best to have someone with extensive salesforce knowledge on hand to set up and manage woobot

**Recommendations to others considering Woobot:**

Set it up and then you can forget about the rest.Its really to easy to integrate with salesforce as well! Highly recommend for any team that wants to automate tasks. 

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of automating work that can be automated in order to simplify work streams. This mainly entails getting slack notifications for whenever we have significant updates to our opportunities in salesforce, but some other smaller integrations with salesforce/slack as well which are really helpful. Makes it easier to stay up to date with everything that is going on in the organisation.

slack integration for my BDR team ot monitor opp creation and new MQLs

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

very little, the app works well and pushes updates to the BDR org in real time

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making sure our team hits the Service Level Agreement (SLA) on Lead Response Time (LRT)

Woobot helps us stay up to date with all the important changes happening with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

There is nothing really that I dislike about this tool.

Make sure to test your notifications.

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially we used Woobot to keep our sales team updated with sales opportunity stages. Now we also use it to instantly notify our account managers when an account is transferred to them in Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Woobot?**

I like that you can use it from your mobile device. We only did a trial with my company and now we are deciding whether to fully integrate it. I enjoyed testing it. 

**What do you dislike about Woobot?**

I don't think there is anything I really disliked about it. I thought it was user friendly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Woobot:**

I think that if you're in sales, the forecasting tool is great as well as collaborating on tasks and group projects will help enable you to work smarter within your team and with your management staff. I'm hoping our company will integrate this into their suite of offerings for our sales team. I think on the management side, it will also help to be able to get results in real time from everyone on the team so that we are all on board with the projects at hand. 

**What problems is Woobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to collaborate on a project together with input from everyone on the team. It helps to streamline your pipelines and to forecast more accurately.

Helps move visibility of opps and other information from Salesforce to Slack

Still learning all the capabilities.  Everything is funneled through one admin.

We're giving the larger organization visibility into sales opps and creating real time reminders and updates for sales reps.
