What I like most about Wondershare PDFelement is their simplicity to edit PDF files, extracting text using OCR, making PDF protected text editable and to quickly creating a new PDF document, the platform is light and easy to operate. Setup and implementation is easy, only need to download the exe. files, running the setup wizard process and the platform is ready to be use, customer support is quick to respond when I hit the brick and has a problem with the installation. Using this software as sales personnel required me to use it daily to edit customer information on for invoice generation, the process is quick and rarely has issues like frozen display or layout problem. One element that is disconnected with this platform is integration readiness, integration option is not easy and almost no option, user need to use Wondershare list of software on their tools environment as replacement. I really like to see this platform to start giving users option to connect with third-party software and make the tools usability expend more than just their environment. Wondershare makes PDF editing and generation easy, no complex technical setup, no confusing advance tools, and no expensive monthly subscription. I use it for frequently, almost at daily basis to update customer contract, extracting survey form data and to create new PDF document for project report analysis. One issues with Wondershare PDFelement is with implementation, users still need to install the software on computer, there are access to cloud version, but the features is limited to basic editing and PDF transformation only, nothing for heavyweight tools available. The biggest advantage I would say is the general “lightness” of the software and the speed that it operates at compared to some other PDF editors that I have used. This makes text editing on PDFs quite fluid without affecting the ‘look’ that much, an issue that Acrobat has always faced. Love the one-click merging of multiple files – Word, PowerPoint, and PDF into one cohesive document complete with cover pages and TOC that otherwise takes me hours. So much gets extracted from the OCR text and it is not consistent and often doesn’t work on scanned documents, so it just slows me down. Also, the process of creating a cover page and a TOC in one go is too step-heavy; it’s much less smooth than the rest of the software.
