What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

What I like most about Wondershare Filmora is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which allowed me to edit videos without a steep learning curve. The wide range of effects, transitions, and resources available makes it easy to create attractive and professional videos. Furthermore, the stability of the program and the speed of rendering are big pluses, allowing me to work efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

Occasionally, the download time for some additional effect packs can be a bit slow. Also, the customization of preset templates could be a bit more flexible to adapt to very specific needs. However, these are minor points compared to all its virtues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A user friendly video editing software!"

What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

The interface. It's quite simple and intuitive. It's easy to find a tool that I need to edit my video Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

One thing I dislike about it is that when I'm blurring certain details in a video clip, I have to keep clicking on the blur mask again and again to move it using the arrow keys after pausing or playing the video. I used to edit my videos on CapCut, and it was much easier there. I could move the blur mask with the arrow keys after every pause and play without needing to reselect it. "A beginner-friendly video editor with powerful features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

Wondershare Filmora is incredibly easy to use, even for beginners. The drag-and-drop interface, pre-built templates, transitions, and effects make video editing smooth and fast. I especially like the built-in music and text animation library that saves me time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

One downside is the export watermark on the free version, which can be frustrating for casual users. Also, some features are locked behind a premium subscription, which might not be ideal for people who edit only occasionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Filmora Video Editor – My Honest Review as a Newbie Creator"

What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

Let me say this to you straight up I began with Ashampoo and Clipchamp, trying to know how in the world to cut a clip without getting the impression I'm defusing a bomb. Both the programs were fine for the simple things, but I couldn't get away from the feeling that something was lacking either it was too technical or just too bland for the creative atmosphere I craved.

Then I attempted Filmora… and man, what a lifesaver.

Ease of Use

Filmora was like entering a room where all the things are labeled and set where they belong. Timeline? Crystal clear. Effects? One click. Transitions and titles? So many options! I didn't need to watch 10 YouTube tutorials just to figure out how to cut and combine clips. It's drag, drop, voilà.

Creative Templates Galore

The core creative sets—titles, elements, transitions, effects—they're not only useable, they're even decent. Even as a new user, I was able to do something that I could pass as competent. You have cinematic intros, lower thirds, even Instagram-style presets. That's a MASSIVE win for a new user.

Learning Curve? Practically Flat!

Unlike other editors that left me feeling like I was trying to learn rocket science, Filmora was smooth. You pick it up as you go. And if I ever got stucked? Filmora's in-app tutorials and pop-up tips are pure gold.

Performance & Exporting

It works smoothly on a good machine, and exports quickly with good quality. No crashes, no drama.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

Just keeping it real:

The free version has a watermark (of course).

Some advanced effects are behind a paywall (which is fair tbh).

It’s not for pro-level color grading or deep effects—but I wasn’t looking for that anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best and easiest video editing solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

Without a doubt, the combination of beautiful and professional presets with advanced AI features is the best thing about Filmora. It is a paid solution that you will not regret. The software allows professional editing without requiring advanced knowledge.

I also highlight the easy and quick installation.

The support is very helpful and agile, but the stability is so good that I almost never needed to contact them, except to ask questions.

I use it weekly and combine it with DemoCreator. The integration with several resources, such as cameras, hardware acceleration by GPU are also some of the highlights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

The only point that may cause some disappointment is that some resource packs are only available for purchase separately. However, it is important to note that even without all the packs you can do a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good experience with ease for editing videos"

What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

Editing practicality and some AI tools that facilitate production Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

Even with the license paid annually, many resources, especially the best, you have to pay a separate license. Another issue is video script feature, at least most of the time I used this feature,

He brought brolls or videos consistent with the script and the few that brought that I could enjoy were inside the packet of paid resources. This made me a life, because besides spending my AI credits, I couldn't even get 50% of a solution for the development of my video.

I think you need to improve a lot in this question and the cost of Credites de AI is high on this feature and if it fails, you have lost your credits and if you need in the future, or have to let the month or buy more credits. In this sense I find it bizarre, so I stopped using it. The music feature for Ia too, I didn't find it very cool,

It doesn't have a very good quality not compared to AIs like Refusion and Suno, but because I am demanding with musical quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Expensive annoying AND crashes often"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

It is quite easy to use, when it doesn't crash. And there are lots of tutorials to get you up and running with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

Frequent unstable updates cause regular crashes, so save your work often as you go along! this would make it highly unsuitable for a professional editor.

Also there is a large amount of "paid extras" that if you had them all would make Adobe Premier Pro look way cheaper! but by not having them you have to spend a lot of wasted time filtering through them for the ones you can use.

Don't get me started on the AI! it is complete rubbish and extremely expensive at that.

If Wondershare were not so greedy for your money they could have a great product, and allowing you to turn on or off samples of the paid extras would allow sensible options to pay extra for those you want rather than just getting annoyed by them and getting a heels in stubborn refusal to buy them. "Turns intimidating video editing into an enjoyable creative process."
5/5
What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

It lets me create videos that look professional—even though I have no formal training in editing. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to implement. I started using it right away (over 5 years ago) without any special settings or having to create a profile or anything. I enjoy exploring and trying the different features without feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I use it for social media, educational projects, and promotional content, and I always find tools that make my life easier. I use the automatic captions all the time (they work really well in Spanish), the stock videos and effects included with the annual membership, and one feature I really appreciate: being able to create the thumbnail right when exporting the video. This feature saves me time each and every time I use it. I also love that rendering and exporting is quick. Overall, it helps me focus on being creative instead of fighting with the software. I use it at least once a week to create videos for me and my clients. I have seamlessly integrated it with my cloud service and my YouTube channel. I haven't had any tech issues, but customer support has been responsive and accurate every time I've contacted them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

Honestly, there’s not something in particular I dislike, but like any tool, it’s not perfect all the time. I wish there were more readily available tutorials on how to take advantage of the AI tools. I have tried some AI features and don't like the results, so I'd rather stay with the features I know how to use. It can be challenging to understand some features initially, particularly for those who are completely new to editing. There is a learning curve, but it is not frustrating; it is simply something to be aware of. On really long, complex projects, I’ve noticed things can slow down a bit unless I restart the app. But overall, these are small things compared to how much it helps me create quality videos with ease. "Excellent tool for creating educational and personal videos"
5/5
What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

It is a quite comprehensive program and at the same time easy and practical to use. The layout or overall design of the program is quite intuitive and easy to access any of the tools it offers. From simple titles to complex templates and voice-over recording.

Even though I am an amateur, I have managed to produce works that look quite professional. I created a complete program of my online tutorials thanks to Wondershare.

In addition to this, by covering templates for all kinds of situations (business, academic, announcements, etc.), I have used it not only for my work but also for my master's degree to create higher quality presentations as a student. I even use it personally to create birthday and commemorative videos and to document my hobbies and my dance performances. I love this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

That you have to pay for each premium element you want to use and most transitions, stickers, and templates are premium. Still, I love the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Honest Review of Filmora 14 – It’s a Dream Come True for Creators!"
5/5
What do you like best about Wondershare Filmora?

I’ve been using Filmora for a few years now, and I recently upgraded to Filmora 14—and wow, it feels like they’ve really leveled up the editing experience! I’m not a professional video editor, but I like creating content for social media, family events, and the occasional YouTube video. Filmora 14 has made the whole process unbelievably simple while letting me create videos that look polished and professional.

Here’s what I love about Filmora 14:

1. The AI Tools Are Fantastic: The new AI features are a lifesaver! The AI Audio Stretch, for example, saved me hours of frustration—it automatically adjusted a music track to fit my video without losing quality. Plus, the scene-detection AI is surprisingly good at making transitions feel seamless.

2. Auto Beat Sync Is a Game-Changer: I’m someone who struggles to sync footage to music manually, so Auto Beat Sync has been a blessing. Now, I can match clips to the rhythm of the music in just seconds, and it gives my videos that polished, energetic vibe.

3. Keyframes Are Easier to Use: I’ve been intimidated by keyframing in the past, but Filmora 14 simplified the process. The new updates make it easy to animate objects or transitions exactly how I want, and the improved interface means I don’t feel lost while editing.

4. Tons of Effects and Filters: I can spend hours exploring the huge library of effects, filters, and overlays Filmora offers. With the new motion blur effect, I’ve added some really cool transitions to my videos—it gives them a more professional, cinematic feel.

5. Flawless Performance: While my computer may not be the latest model, Filmora 14 operates effortlessly. Rendering videos is faster than ever, and there’s no lag while I’m working, which makes editing so much less frustrating.

6. Cloud Collaboration Is Super Convenient: I recently worked on a group project for my business, and the cloud-sharing feature made it so easy to collaborate with my teammate. Being able to access my project across devices is another perk that I didn’t know I needed until now!

7. Audio Tools Are Much Better: The upgraded audio features, like noise reduction and audio ducking, have improved my videos so much. I can easily make vocals pop over music, which is perfect for tutorials or voice-overs.

All in all, Filmora 14 has made video editing fun again. It has just the right balance of powerful tools and simplicity, which is why I think it’s great for users like me who don’t have tons of technical experience but still want high-quality results. I also appreciate that it’s reasonably priced compared to similar editors out there—and you get so much value for your money!

If you’re looking for a video editor that’s user-friendly and packed with features, I can wholeheartedly recommend Filmora 14. It’s been my go-to for all my creative projects, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?

Filmora 14 is excellent for beginners and intermediate creators, but it might not be enough for professionals looking for more advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
