[Wondershare EdrawMind Claims vs Evidence](https://www.g2.com/products/wondershare-edrawmind/claims-vs-evidence) # Wondershare EdrawMind Claims vs Evidence ## Claim: “Turn PDFs, PPTX, webpages & videos into mind maps” ##### Mixed support from reviews. Reviewers provide partial support, with one describing creation of a mind map by uploading a PDF, but another specifically says they wish EdrawMind could create a mind map from existing PPT files. The reviews do not meaningfully address webpages or videos, so the full multi-format claim is not consistently supported. - “I like the most is it's feature which allows me to create my first draft of a Mindmap by uploading a Word file or pdf, I don't have to create my Mindmap from scratch.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10952151) - “The only downside I see is having to log back in with my account and/or update the software too often.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10951353) Last updated Sep 30, 2026 Source: [https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/solutions/fishbone-diagram-maker.html](https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/solutions/fishbone-diagram-maker.html) ## Claim: “Generate mind maps & slides with one click” ##### Mixed support from reviews. Reviewers report instant AI-assisted mind-map generation, supporting the mind-map portion of the claim. However, reviewers also describe slide export as not working well and note limitations in how mind maps become PowerPoint slides, so the combined one-click claim is mixed. - “I appreciate the latest AI-powered feature that effortlessly generates a new mind map in an instant.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10946543) - “Once I tried to export the mindmapping file into slides, it didn't work well; I would expect a better result.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10985665) - “Wenn man aus einer Mindmap eine PPT macht, entsteht aus jeder Seite eine Folie.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10942426) Last updated Sep 30, 2026 Source: [https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/templates/marketing/](https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/templates/marketing/) ## Claim: “Enter your prompts & generate a mind map, timeline, fishbone, plan, organizational chart, and more.” ##### Supported by reviews. Reviewers provide support for turning PDFs into mind maps, while another reviewer says the ability to create a mind map from existing PPT files is still missing. No reviews meaningfully address webpages or videos, so the evidence is mixed across the claim's listed input types. - “I like the most is it's feature which allows me to create my first draft of a Mindmap by uploading a Word file or pdf” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10952151) - “I wish there should a feature like create mindmap from my existing ppt files.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10981562) Last updated Sep 30, 2026 Source: [https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/templates/marketing/](https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/templates/marketing/) ## Claim: “Make mind maps, Slides, Kanban/Gantt,& Notes with AI & free templates” ##### Mixed support from reviews. Reviewers report support for Gantt, Kanban, AI-generated mind maps, notes, and templates, but some describe notes and AI usage as requiring additional payment or limited tokens; another reviewer also reported poor mind-map-to-slide exporting. The reviews therefore support several listed capabilities while raising material limitations around the claim’s bundled and free aspects. - “Lots of tools built-in such as Gantt (which was why I started using this software :))” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10942475) - “2. Relevant reviewers report exporting to PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and vector graphics, supporting the product’s multi-format export capability. However, these reviews do not specifically confirm every format named in the claim, such as MindManager or SVG. - “The ability to export this information to other formats such as pdf, Word, Excel, PowerPoint to share with others” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10942681) - “It has export to PDF ot vector graphics, convenient to share maps with those who don't have software.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10626046) Last updated Sep 30, 2026 Source: [https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/solutions/fishbone-diagram-maker.html](https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/solutions/fishbone-diagram-maker.html) ## Claim: “Make mind maps, Slides, Kanban/Gantt,& Notes with AI & free templates” ##### Supported by reviews. Reviewers report that AI can generate a mind map instantly, supporting part of the claim, but slide-generation experiences are mixed: one reviewer says exporting to slides did not work well, while another describes PPT creation as producing a slide for each page. The reviews do not consistently establish one-click generation of both mind maps and slides. - “I appreciate the latest AI-powered feature that effortlessly generates a new mind map in an instant.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10946543) - “Once I tried to export the mindmapping file into slides, it didn't work well; I would expect a better result.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10985665) - “Wenn man aus einer Mindmap eine PPT macht, entsteht aus jeder Seite eine Folie.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/10942426) Last updated Sep 30, 2026 Source: [https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/solutions/fishbone-diagram-maker.html](https://edrawmind.wondershare.com/solutions/fishbone-diagram-maker.html) ## Claim: “Insert docs & write notes in map nodes” ##### Supported by reviews.
