It's very easy to get up and running using the App. I really like the pre-made templates that can be used for a miriad of different things from business templates and IT & Engineering to Marketing and UI/UX. The flexibility that the App allows the user is in my opinion unmatched. I use the App both for both business and personal use and is my go to App when building quick images/diagrams (I also have Adobe Illustrator but this is way easier and quicker to use). With it offering so much there could one feels that it offers everything. There are some things, pre-built images etc. that one would think would be readily available but they are not. I've used it to create plot plans quickly and efficiently that I can integrate into customer presentations. I've also used it for computer flow diagrams when building programs and processes. I've used it helping my wife create images and diagrams for her presentations as well on really short notice. I remember one instance where she was preparing for a poster session and we were able to create 10-12 graphics in an evening that fit perfectly into her poster session. She got several compliments on her graphics. I have a number of programs that are specific in use such as Adobe Illustrator, Fusion360 and QCad but defer to EDrawMax to start a graphic. I use Wondershare EdrawMax for school and in practice for my future profession, so for the most part I use this to make Genograms. What do you dislike about Wondershare EdrawMax? I dislike that some of the symbols are difficult to maneuver at times, the touch can be a bit finicky. I purchased lifetime versions of EdrawMax, EdrawMind and PDF Element from Wondershare. EdrawMax is a great multi-purpose software from developing Mindmaps, to roadmaps for strategy to process workflows etc. While there are sometimes hiccups with some minor things (especially when a new version is installed) the technical support team is excellent and usually resolves issues VERY fast. My last interaction was with Nora, and again, she was very helpful and managed to sort the issue in two interaction. This is what I REALLY appreciate about their programs (I'm also very fond about PDF Elements!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wondershare EdrawMax? Templates are always a question of preference/taste. So, for professional purposes, to find a decent template, you have to scroll quite a bit, which is time-consuming. Maybe there should be a category "of professional templates", with subcategories like "roadmap", "Process flow", and " mindmap", so it is easier to identify a suitable template rapidly. Having switched from Microsoft's version to EdrawMax, I was very pleased with the simplicity and versatility of EdrawMax. It is a tool that is frequently used in our nonprofit organization for everything from network drawings to flow charts to mindmapping. And it is far cheaper than the Microsoft alternative. Its easier to create schematic drawings as it offer wide range of icons and shapes that can be use to represent a legend in the drawing. What problems is Wondershare EdrawMax solving and how is that benefiting you? as mentioned before. it maks me and my team easier to create PnID diagram. mostly we create the diagram in edraw than save it as PDF. then the PDF is converted into CAD file with minimum adjustment by displacing of those object in the diagram. for creating a complex PnID and PFD especially in metallurgical term, symbol of equipment is very limited, but with Edraw we can create and or modified a new proper and sufficient symbol directly on the software. Edrawmax software Edrawmax tends to be beneficial for those who own and/or use it. To this end, the visual part of the software has been well designed. There are several options for geometric figures and others to help users of the software. The tones of different colors give more life to Edrawmax. In addition, several fonts, including cursive ones, are present to enrich the work, which can become a beautiful art. It is easy to make mind maps with the software because its use is very intuitive.
