I study pedagogy for my thesis with this tool. It is very easy compared to school library website or other tools AI tools which have too many functions. I like that wonders starts with finding interesting topics and organizes search terms. It is great that everything for the research is in one place so I don't need even need to use reference manager like zotero which my classmates use. I love the possibility to control the sources (articles and patents!) added to my research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First, it could be useful to create the filters BEFORE running the search. As each time you change any filter it runs a search, it would be cheaper for us as users (don't decrease the number of searches), for the company (as it only does a search with selected filters), and for the planet (as we don't consume resources).

Second, the output document (at least the DOCX) need to be improved. For example, when bullet points are added, they appear one behind the other ones, all in a single paragraph, doing the reading very hard to be done.

Third, and final, the final step “Generated conclusions” should have two optional outputs. The actual output, where each article/patent is analyzed separately as individual inputs and a second output type, where all the information is presented in a fluid and cohesive document. Wonders AI (sometimes referred to as ReadWonder) provides access to over 550 million scientific documents. The application lets you chat with these documents and provides team collaboration features in higher tiers that will allow you to work on the same projects with team mates and colleagues. This improves the output tremendously and puts your result on a totally new level. The ease of use is improved tremendously by these options. It really only requires setting up a workspace and inviting team members to start. There are excellent support documents and video instructions to get you started (highly recommended to get you going). Wonders AI can easily become a daily use.

The good thin is that there is a free tier available which lets you play with the basic features to get a first impression.

It is important to understand the differences here: Of cause, scientific resources are also available elsewhere. But you can neither chat with such documents (or have to go the complicated way about downloading and implementing in a separate app to get summaries), nor do you have the option to engage in a guided chat with the document, nor can you include colleagues and team members in such project.

The roadmap is promising and might expand the capabilities to new users groups with the possibility to upload and easily integrate own documents. That would make the tool useful for e.g. business experts and marketing analysts.

There is absolutely actually nothing to dislike. The feature set is impressive, the roadmap includes some very valuable new features, the founder is accessible and engaged. I can use Wonders AI not just for academic research but for content creation as well! It can automatically access over 500 million academic papers compared to others that have far less. The research process is segmented in a way that it gives you better control over the output. The ability to highlight, color code, and save texts to notes is ingenious! Not exactly a dislike, but the conclusion output can sometimes be a bit short. This is not a big deal since the data has already been fact-checked, it can be easily expanded using other AI writing platforms.
