The graphical interface and the overall usability is pretty straightforward. The UI is well designed and logically built. The animations are also cool. System Modeler requires no add-ons. It fully supports the Modelica model language. The drag and drop methodology allows the user to create complex systems quite effectively. It can provide many enhancements to my existing libraries. The ability to do noumerus analysis on the model is very useful. Pobably one of the best tools for SysMl and UML modeling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wolfram SystemModeler? Sometimes the given blocks and tools were not sufficient to model the system the way I wanted. The response time could be improved. The UI design is not always that well integrated. Sometimes the simulations can be hard to understand and use. The schematics can be very hard to understand and use properly. It can seamlessly switch between a graphical user interface dedicated to drag-and-drop modeling and a powerful analytics engine. The 30 day trial could be longer, and the price is somewhat reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Wolfram SystemModeler: Just use it.
