WolfCall is a dashboard for running AI voice agents that answer a business's inbound phone calls. You point it at your website. WolfCall reads the site (or a PDF you upload, or entries you type in) into a knowledge base for each agent, so the agent answers from your own services, prices and hours. If a caller asks something that isn't on file, the agent looks at your live website during the call. On the call, the agent handles objections using trade-specific playbooks (30 of them, including roofing, HVAC, dental, salons and legal), checks open slots on your Cal.com calendar, and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line, reading the time back in the caller's timezone. After the call, the owner gets a Telegram message with a summary and Confirm / Cancel / Reschedule buttons, plus a pre-filled WhatsApp link for the caller. The dashboard stores the call log, transcript and lead; the decision gets made in Telegram, so nobody has to open a dashboard to act. Agents run on your own Vapi assistant and your own number — Twilio, Telnyx, BYO-SIP, or a number attached to Vapi. The interface is available in 13 languages. Plans cover 1 to 30 agents. Higher tiers add call transcripts and lead extraction, white-label branding (your logo, domain and brand), separate portals for each of your clients, and resale rights.
