Start with simple invoicing and switch on only the modules you need, so the system stays as simple or as capable as your business requires. Key features: Invoicing: professional invoices, quotes, credit notes and customer statements, emailed as PDFs, with customizable letterheads and consolidated month-end billing. Point of sale: touch-friendly POS that runs in any browser, with barcode scanning, cash accounts and daily cashups per salesperson. No special hardware needed. Stock and inventory management: quantities on hand, price tiers, stock locations, smart reorder recommendations, purchase orders and profit reports. Accounting: chart of accounts, ledger, journals, income statement, balance sheet and VAT/tax control. Invoices, receipts and bank imports post automatically, with no double capturing. Bank reconciliation: import CSV or PDF bank statements, process emailed statements automatically, or link Investec directly. Payments allocate themselves using rules you control. Recurring billing: services billed monthly or annually, renewal reminders and automatic card billing through PayFast, Paystack or Yoco. Multi-user and multi-company: granular per-user permissions, multiple companies or branches under one login, and franchise tools such as internal stock transfers and shared customers. Integrations: WooCommerce, DirectAdmin web hosting, customer self-service portal and a REST API. Multi-currency: invoice in ZAR, USD, EUR or GBP with automatic exchange gains and losses. Currency, tax label and tax rate are configurable for any country. Switching is straightforward. Customers, suppliers, stock and opening balances can be imported from QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, Xero or any CSV file, with a preview before anything is saved.
