Customer service always helps us through any issues we might have and provides training at any point we need it. Their staff is always helpful, technical, and professional.
The automation service has made follow-up with clients such a time saver, which is one of the best aspects of Wodify, the number of time-saving integrations within the software. The downsides are minor issues, which Wodify is always open to hearing and fixing on later integrations and updates. We've had various requests make it into those updates as part of new cycles, so we know Wodify hears our concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wodify has come SO FAR. I used it in 2009 and then started using it again in 2019 and I have been so impressed. It has all the bennifits of other platforms but they don't nickle and dime for every new feture. I love that it is all one website/back end. I am not the most tech savey and yet, I can do so much bc wodify is so user friendly! Their cusomer support had always been SUPER fast to respond and helpful. The only thing I can't do is connect Wodify to Class Pass. So if this is someting that is important to your business, I could see that being a down side. We don't do many class pass classes so it's not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This year the best hour workflows have been so helpful for myself and my team. It has saved me a lot of time and given me a way to consistently follow through with our 180 day journey in an efficient way. From creating tasks to prepare for member celebrations and milestones to integrating slack to track when we have new members sign up! This has sped up the time from contact to conversion in a visible way.
Doing this helps free up my mental space to be intentional with a personal approach with members and our coaching team feels in the know instead of me holding all the information.
By being personal with celebrating milestones and touch points in our member journey we get to enhance and improve how long our members stay with us so we can forge healthy habits together.

I love the fact that wodify has everything in one app. Our members used to have two different apps whereas we can now easily communicate with them, they can log their scores and so much more just in one app. Im loving the new user experience they have which is more engaging. As for thr admin part its been pretty straightforward and when you understand the system its super easy to work with it and customer support is very responsive. As a hybrid membership gym one are they can improve on is the integration for PT and classes. We have to now do extra manual work when setting memberships up whereas it would be easier if it was just 1 single membership.

I love the consistent work to make the software better and the business support. Wtih my Wodify Business Manager Alana, my gym has doubled income in a years time. I changed from a software system that took forever for responses. With Wodify my issues are immediately addressed and issues are resolved quickly. The software is very user friendly and I love the built in features to help conversions as well as available software for student retention. I use it every day and it was very easy to tranfer everything from my old software to Wodify. The switch over was very simple. Wodify combines membership management, scheduling, and other necessary functions/requirements (payroll, analytics, reports, etc...) for gym owners to keep an eye on WITH a user friendly sensibility that is unmatched. Members love the app for its ease of use; signing up and into classes is easy, tracking progress is easy, and keeping up and messaging other members is easy. For owners, making workouts is simple, creating memberships and calendar events is easy, communication with staff and members themselves is simple with the built-in email builder, and so much more. Like any tech platform, Wodify isn’t completely immune to the occasional glitch or bug. What really sets them apart is how quickly their team jumps on it. It provides multiple functions to help effectively run the back-end business, as well as customer facing transactions. The team has a vision for continuous improvement, they regularly seek (and use!) client input in their development and provide incredibly responsive hep service. Wodify has all the tools I need to be able to offer a smooth customer interface. It works well and I rarely run into issues. The member app is easy to use and I get great feedback from members. The new workflows tool has helped me to build out an automated system to communicate with leads and members which I've found to be quite effective.
I was able to get spun up with Wodify quickly for my business. The onboarding and support team has been quick to help with questions as I got set up. Additionally, any time I've needed help from the customer support team they have been quick to respond with a resolution to my issue.

I offer a free week trial at the gym and the sign up process for a non-member can be a bit cumbersome, I've found work arounds that have worked well, but I would there to be less friction for a lead to sign up for multiple classes at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wodify is easy to use, and has the capabilities that every business owner needs to run and manage a successful business. Wodify's reporting features are the most robust in the industry (better than Push Press, Zen Planner, Kilo, etc.) - they are leaps and bounds ahead of the competition in their reporting capabilities. They make their software incredibly simple, but it is super powerful behind the scenes. The dream for any administrator. Their customer service is 10/10 and that matters!!
