WizzHire is ATS + HR software with a built-in CRM, for companies that hire. Build the hiring stages each role needs and move every candidate through your own pipeline, whether you hire once a year or every week. Collect applications in one place, review candidates as a team with shared ratings and comments, and schedule interviews. WizzAI reads each CV against the job and explains a score out of 100, with strengths, things to check and suggested interview questions. WizzAI never decides for you. Your team does. After the hire, the same system keeps employee records, leave and approvals, shift plans, the work-time record and onboarding checklists. The CRM tracks clients, deals, next steps and invoices. Connect your AI assistant. WizzHire works with Claude over MCP, so your assistant can read and update your ATS, HR and CRM data as you, with your permissions. Write access needs your approval, rejecting, hiring and messaging candidates stay with your team, and every action an AI takes is recorded. AI agents built by WizzHire run on a schedule or when something happens. The first two are New Applicant Brief, which screens each new application and sends the summary to your team, and Stuck Pipeline Digest, which suggests one next step for every candidate who has stopped moving. More agents are on the way. Data is stored in the EU. Available in English, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
