What do you dislike about Wizehire?

While the platform does a great job covering the essentials, I would appreciate the addition of more advanced filtering and sorting tools. I'm not entirely sure what could be improved in this area, but I have noticed that candidates often do not respond, even after several follow-up messages. I found Wizehire to be very valuable for hiring a paralegal and searching for an associate attorney. It solved everything for me when I had no idea where to start. I really like the intake process and being able to screen candidates. The prescreening feature is great as it allows me to move candidates into different categories.
