The software is pretty simple to learn and doesn't take a lot of time to figure out. Their support team is great; they respond quickly and are always helpful. They also have really good knowledge of warehouse operations, so they usually understand what we're trying to do without needing a lot of explanation. It helps keep our warehouse more organized and makes it easier to run day-to-day operations. I like how easy the software is to learn and use. The customer service is also really good. Whenever I have a question, the team is quick to respond and always helpful. The setup was straightforward, and we were able to get started quickly. **What do you dislike about WizeFulfill?** There is not much I would change at this point. As with any software, there are probably areas where they could offer more customization, but overall it works well for what we need. The team is always open to feedback, which makes it easy to bring up anything we would like to see improved. **What problems is WizeFulfill solving and how is that benefiting you?** WizeFulfill helps us keep our warehouse organized and makes daily operations easier to manage. ### 2. They also offer a lot of pre-built integrations. On top of that, they can build and configure a warehouse pick-and-pack workflow tailored to anyone’s specific needs, so it ends up working exactly the way we need it to run. I also like their unique pricing model: they only charge based on the actual users. **What do you dislike about WizeFulfill?** My team needs to stop relying on the workarounds they’re currently using, so I was somewhat reluctant to depend on the system. But when I asked for help from the onboarding team, they were able to get them going quickly. **What problems is WizeFulfill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly, it's all about the custom workflows. They can build them in a day, and they don't charge for the custom configuration! It works well for both large operations and small warehouses, so it can handle a wide range of workloads, from big to small. ### 3. They like the workflows the company set-up for our team because they are what we do already. Implementation was relatively quick and adoption was quick as well. **What do you dislike about WizeFulfill?** Not many negatives that we've found so far. We still need another integration completed, but the first one was easy to set-up and they are working fine. **What problems is WizeFulfill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used SF and it was clunky and operationally not easy to change. We the team grows we needed other options and features and WizeFulfill was able to solve those needs right out of the gate. ### 4.
