## Wiz Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Attack-Path Visibility and AI Querying, but MCP and Jira Traceability Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz excels at cloud security posture visibility and attack path analysis. It clearly shows the complete access path from the internet to internal resources — not just a list of alerts, but actual exploitable paths. We have it integrated with AWS, GCP, GitHub, and Jira, and the integrations work smoothly for tracking findings through to remediation.

The MCP integration with Claude AI is a standout feature — we can query security findings in natural language in real time, which saves the security team significant time compared to manually navigating the console. Being able to ask "is this asset exposed to the internet?" and get an immediate, accurate answer with full network path details is genuinely useful.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The MCP API connection can drop mid-response when querying large datasets — for example, querying all HIGH/CRITICAL findings across the environment (140,000+ results) caused timeouts. Filtering options help, but better handling of large result sets would improve the experience. VPC Flow Logs visibility could also be surfaced more prominently in the UI when they are disabled, as this is an important gap for network traffic auditing. Additionally, reverse-lookup from a Jira ticket number to the corresponding Wiz resource is unreliable — sometimes the linked asset cannot be found, which breaks the traceability workflow between ticketing and security findings.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Wiz, we lacked unified visibility across our AWS and GCP environments — we couldn't easily tell which assets were internet-exposed or had exploitable attack paths without waiting for external penetration test results. Wiz solved this by providing continuous, agentless scanning with clear attack path visualization. Since integrating Wiz with Claude AI via MCP, our security team can query findings in natural language in real time, significantly reducing the time spent navigating the console manually. This has shifted us from reactive (finding issues only during annual pentests) to proactive security posture management.

  ### 2. Wiz: agentless cloud visibility with Security Graph and truly prioritized risks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The most useful aspect of Wiz, in my opinion, is the agentless approach combined with the Security Graph: it analyzes the entire cloud environment via API (without installing software) and clearly maps the relationships between vulnerabilities and access.

One of the advantages I appreciate the most is the Zero Alert Fatigue: it identifies only real risks and concrete attack paths (Toxic Combinations), minimizing false alarms.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The aspect I appreciate least about Wiz is the high cost, calculated based on the number of resources/workloads.

Among the main disadvantages is the complexity of the initial integration: even though the scanning is fast, correctly configuring policies, reports, and more advanced workflows requires in-depth expertise and some time to be set up properly.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help improve our posture and correct the misconfigurations on our public clouds.

  ### 3. Powerful UI and Integrations, but Pricey and Sometimes Bloated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz enables a very lean team to manage quite complex systems without needing in-depth knowledge or putting in excessive effort.

It is particularly useful for acquired products, where visibility into the infrastructure is limited.

It has a good UI and a wide array of integrations (Slack, Jira, ...).

The onboarding is easy and have great documentation

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The price is a bit steep for this tool, and that can definitely be a deciding factor.

Also, the tool itself is huge, so it can feel a bit bloated at times.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It speeds up how quickly the security team can respond to new vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and threats. It also unlocks in-depth visibility, which ends up being useful for many other efforts as well.

  ### 4. AWS環境全体におけるクラウドセキュリティリスクの優れた可視性

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. WIZ is a great tool for Cloud Security, easy to use (UI and API) and has all required features.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash P G. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Code Security is great with jira automation
Ai use for threat and forensics has a great use case

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

environment‑specific remediation guidance so that its fix suggestions don’t break application compatibility while still being actionable

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WIZ is scanning our cloud workload for security misconfiguration and vulnerabilities.
with shift left apprach WIZ CLI scans we are able to fix issues before deployment.
building secure infra at cloud with help of wiz.

  ### 6. Effortless Setup and Actionable Insights with Outstanding Developer Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gopi K. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The agent-less architecture allowed us to get started in just a few hours rather than weeks. There were no complicated deployments or issues with agent sprawl—simply connect your cloud accounts and begin scanning. What truly sets the platform apart is the developer experience. The platform communicates in a way that makes sense to us, providing clear, actionable findings along with meaningful context about why an issue is important and how to address it. The graph-based method for visualizing attack paths is especially impressive. Rather than being overwhelmed by thousands of unrelated vulnerabilities, we can now identify which ones are truly significant based on actual exposure risk.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

To be honest, there isn't much to criticize. While the pricing may be high for smaller organizations, the extensive coverage and the amount of time saved make the return on investment worthwhile. At first, the number of alerts can feel overwhelming until you adjust the policies to fit your environment, but this is fairly typical for most security tools.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With shift-left security, our developers are able to identify issues much earlier in the pipeline, which helps reduce incidents in production. Compliance has also become more manageable, as automated compliance mapping now saves us weeks of work during audit season. Additionally, our mean time to resolution has improved significantly, since clear remediation guidance allows our team to address vulnerabilities three times faster than before.

  ### 7. Wiz: centralized cloud visibility and effective prioritization of vulnerabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz is useful because it offers complete and centralized visibility on cloud risks. It automatically identifies critical vulnerabilities and helps prioritize their remediation.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The disadvantages of Wiz are its high cost, its reliance on the cloud, and the need for a good level of security maturity to fully utilize its features.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz addresses the lack of visibility and prioritization of risks in the cloud. This allows for quickly reducing critical vulnerabilities and improving the overall security posture.

  ### 8. Very Capable APIs and complete product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diogo R. | Application Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The APIs of the product are very capable.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

There are some inconsistencies in the behaviours of Wiz Code scans, for example, I do not see the same results from performing an IaC scan via wiz cli and having Wiz scan for itself. One can also get overwhelmed by the amount of side popups.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm actively using Wiz Code and it is covering most of the traditional scan methods that an Application Security program does with just the Wiz Code product.

  ### 9. Rapidly Evolving Platform with Powerful New Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The platform evolves rapidly with new features and capabilities, enabling coverage of an increasingly broader range of attack surfaces.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

It is a fairly complex system with many pages, and some of the information appears to overlap or is not organized clearly enough.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides comprehensive visibility into our cloud and code security posture, with intelligent triaging, actionable security recommendations, and the guidance needed to strengthen our environment as we scale rapidly.

  ### 10. Wiz: My Go-To SuperApp for Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz has become my go-to SuperApp for security.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

I can’t keep up with all the new functionalities.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As cloud infrastructure becomes more complex, small changes are very likely to have a ripple effect. Seeing the impact of these changes on the big picture all in one place makes things easier.

  ### 11. Very powerful tool but frustrating support experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Very user friendly UI, a high number of attack paths in the library, meaning we get a lot of insightful issues to solve. We use it daily, and were able to deploy it fairly easily, although the sizing scripts had bugs compared to the README provided.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The support experience has been a pain.
When using other tools such as Datadog, the support team is able to loop in the engineering team and product manager, to ensure bugs are corrected in 24-48h. For Wiz bugs, we've had to escalate our ticket to our technical account manager and sales account manager to ensure the ticket is resolved properly (#87867)
Even when there is missing information in the audit logs (such as the email of the user which is missing when a user fails his MFA login) , Wiz considers it a feature request and does not acknowledge that it is an issue on an already released feature (#80861) - "Once implemented, it will be noted in the weekly Release Notes and the documentation.".
The regular issues regarding the lack of action type data in the audit logs makes it integrating with our SIEM complicated.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a holistic view of all of our Cloud stack, and Wiz helps us in achieving that

  ### 12. Who WIZ help us improve our crossclous security visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The WIZ sensors are an excellent addition.
the AI are alwo good includ the MCP connection and Slack

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Customer regular communication decreased a bit for long-time customers.
Quarterly review of how we use the system and suggestion of what we can improve will be nice :)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helps us gain cross-cloud security standards where other vendors were a leak of support on some minor cloud vendors,
"Single pan of glass" to get a fast view of security issues across all of our resources.
Fast track of new vulnerabilities and more.

  ### 13. Easy to deploy solution to gain visibility quickly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz is always there and keeps improving. Threat feed is very useful, being informed of any malicious activity going on.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Mainly the repeated findings for serverless resources without an easy way to silence them can be annoying.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In terms of compliance, Wiz helps us to make sure we're doing what needs to be done. It also provides dashboards that help leadership gain insight into the amount of issues that are being resolved. This makes it easier for us to advocate for time spent on security issues.

  ### 14. Easy Website Creation and Launch with a Full Suite of Marketing Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

how easy it is to crete and launch your own website with the full suite of marketing tools to promote it

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

not a lot of app and plugin that can be installed

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

launching a website without being a developper and a marketer

  ### 15. Great, multi cloud CSPM. Compliments and enriches our vulnerability visibility.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

AI integrations seem promising and better visibility into container workloads.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Nothing major. I'd love to see 3rd-party API connects that my systems are connecting to outside of Wiz visibility (i.e. This AMI is making calls to Salesforce API, etc)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest problem Wiz is solving for us as getting consistent configuration management and vulnerability data across hundreds of AWS accounts as well as some GCP accounts from merger and acquisitions.

  ### 16. Cloud security Swiss army knife

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

In-depth cloud asset configuration visibility, code-to-cloud capabilities, vulnerability management, ITSM tool integration, trends and reporting dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Menus are sometimes cluttered, findings can get overwhelming and you would need good prioritization procedures, naming conventions are a bit difficult to explain to security auditors looking for overall vulnerabilities in a system (between findings and issues)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud vulnerability management

  ### 17. Sexy Security Graph Makes Integration Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The best like is the "sexy" security graph.
It's a feature that helps make it easier for our developers or tech teams to integrate security into our code or infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

A lot of menu for beginners. But a gameday or support for beginners helps address this issue.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of secrets are remove and the rapid handling of new CVEs.

  ### 18. Easy Setup and Great Support, But Requires Process Changes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Easy to install, easy to use. Very good technical support

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

As for any new tool, need to implement associated process.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better understanding of our cloud environement. Identify most critical risks and facilitate remediation actions

  ### 19. Data to insight to action, done with WIZ

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz has advanced dramatically with their DSPM and CIEM offering

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

I believe the data has become very "wide" and less focused, more doesnt mean more value, i believe the insight to action part has become less valuable, i dont believe wiz has made enough focused on both SaaS platfroms and less focus on shift right

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being an all-cloud company, visibility is key, to build our cloud security program, this is where WIZ makes a major difference for us as a company to establish our decision making, priorities and cloud security baseline.

  ### 20. Wiz- The Wizard! It’s wonderul

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishor A. | Platform Lead - Commercial Integration Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz connects to your cloud environment and gives you complete visibility and actionable context on your most critical misconfigurations in real-time, so your teams can proactively and continuously improve your cloud security posture.
The best part about Wiz is that is provides recommendations which can be applied to address the threat

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

When I launch Wiz , I can view threats from all the projects . In our organisation we have more than 100 subscripts so it’s cumbersome to filter. Suggest Wiz to build a capability to only display threats related to the project which I am interested in. Like SNYk

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz identifies vulnerabilities, misconfigurations in cloud environment (all Azure resource) also scanning code to find out the risk

  ### 21. Massive Improvement Over PrismaCloud – Easy to Use & Powerful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick G. | Sr Manager of Cloud, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Migrating from PrismaCloud to Wiz was a game-changer for us. The implementation was incredibly smooth—even without dedicated security engineers on my team. Wiz is intuitive, easy to use, and provides deep visibility into our environment. The data discovery capabilities have been a huge benefit, helping us quickly identify sensitive data exposure and mitigate risks. The platform also excels at detecting lateral movements, uncovering secrets, and strengthening our overall security posture.

The customer support has been outstanding, and our account executive, along with our SA, made the entire process seamless. We rely on Wiz daily, and it has made a significant impact on our security operations.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Initially, Wiz had a simple pricing model with one SKU that included everything, which made budgeting straightforward. However, their shift to multiple SKUs has complicated planning and made securing additional funding more challenging. I’d prefer if they kept the original model for better transparency and ease of purchase.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is helping us gain deep visibility into our cloud environment, making it much easier to identify risks and security gaps. One of the biggest benefits has been data discovery, which allows us to quickly locate sensitive data exposure and take action before it becomes a problem. Additionally, Wiz helps us detect lateral movements, uncover secrets, and spot misconfigurations that could lead to potential security threats.

  ### 22. CNAPP Rewiew Wiz

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

What I really appreciate is the attack path and prioritization in relation to risk

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Wiz could improve its connectivity with cloud providers such as S3ns Thales

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows us to keep up with the rapid evolution of Cloud dev and deployments and IaC

  ### 23. Wiz Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher L. | Principal Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The UI layout is very user friendly and easy to use. Within the application there are multiple ways to dig into the details of a problem without having to search through the rest of the UI to find it. The ability to directly link out to the cloud resource that you're currently looking at is very useful. The wiz customer support has been on point as well, quick turnaround on questions and help.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

I don't like the confusion around findings versus issues

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving our problem of insight within our Azure environment which allows us to better secure our resources.

  ### 24. Great security copilot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz being Kubernetes native gives it a huge leg up in this area. It's a great copilot for monitoring security issues in the environment and simple to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

For them to surface thing simplistically takes complex amounts of background logic they will often miss chains of logic within. For example, failing to build a path from an ILB all the way to the backend pool it supports with a vulnerability in it. These don't happen too often.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is helping us shift further left by exposing issues in the pipeline early to the committer of the code, but also helping us visually dig through existing runtime exposures with a clean UI.

  ### 25. Quick to implement, solves the problem

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

We've been using Wiz Essentials for about a year now and it's proving one of those rare security products that genuinely solves a problem rather than just creating new ones. It's quick to implement, simple to use, doesn't require security specialists or need the team to go on endless training courses to master and makes the vulnerability management problem actually manageable.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Not much, it's expensive but probably no more than it's competitors and they're willing to negotiate.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It turns a very long list of CVE's into a manageable, prioritised list of issues that present real risk to be addressed.

  ### 26. Refreshing, easy to use and full of features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coen J. | Head of Infrastructure and Operations/CISO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

As an azure cloud user we appreciate greatly the added value over Azure advisor. It allows us to prioritize vulnerabilities and focus on those with the highest risk.
We also see that, although already a lot of functionality exists, a constant flow of new features are being added, all of this implemented with a single click.
We also love the regular followup meetings and feel we are heard and our needs are really what they need. With NIS2 coming up it really becomes something crucial in managing our assets.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Wiz is activated on a subscription which is an all or nothing approach. Although this seems the right way to do, a more granular approach would be better manageable from a timing and budget perspective.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Next to the typical asset inventory, it is providing a clear view on the attack surface and helping us to identify vulnerabilites and setting the right priorities.

  ### 27. WIZ a CSPM for CISO's

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

powerful tools bring a lot of features and innovations in one platform

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

not very intuitive , controls and issues need to be defined separately

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mainly CSPM and vulnerability management on hybrid and decentralized could environment including aws and gcp

  ### 28. Wiz has given us visibility of our cloud environment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Easy to use and navigate, great insights into your cloud environment, gives solid vulnerability detection along with insight into data/secrets stored in the environment, insecure configuration, correlation between vulnerabilities and external access gives real positives.

Installation is very straightforward, up and running within a day with real insights. Integration with multiple tenants or platforms gives a consolidated view of the environent.

Customer support is always great, quick response times from knowledgable staff.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Will raise a lot of vulnerabilities around out of support software but does not have the insight into whether they are used or not, this may seem overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Wiz, we had no way to tell just how many open paths we had to the internet, this is the primary reason we purcahsed the tool. Straight away, it flagged VM's, storage and API's open to the internet through poor configuration and detected Malware on 3 servers.

Wiz interface is a really user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate
under the compliance tab extensive library of security policies and compliance checks are available such as NIST, MITRE, and ISO which can be used to strengthen the cloud security posture.
features like forensics are helpful during an active Incident investigation to grab the forensics for further analysis

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

looking for features that will block the malicious process during run time instead of alert so it will be more proactive during cyber attacks

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security checks help us to maintain a strong security posture by continuously monitoring for misconfigurations and vulnerabilities following the available framework. Alos it helps to scan the environment to identify and fix the vulnerabilities

  ### 38. Easy onboarding and a comprehensive set of tools to protect your cloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz is easy to set up and use, even for non-technical users.
It provides a comprehensive overview of the security of all your cloud accounts, so you can see where your risks lie.
Wiz collects data on multiple facets - IAM, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, API security and more. You can view your data in different ways, so you can focus on the areas that are most important to you. For example, you can view your data by account, by risk type, or by severity and of course look at individual facets or multiple.
The security graph helps you understand how different issues are related to each other. This can help you prioritize your remediation efforts.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Wiz scanning doesn't detect risks in real time. New sensors are now included and these capabilities are growing. I believe that within a year Wiz will get good real time capabilities.
Wiz can generate a lot of alerts, which can be overwhelming, especially if you have a very dynamic environment. It's important to set up filters so that you only receive alerts for the risks that are most important to you.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is the tool that I use to gain visibility on my cloud security posture and to conduct security analysis. The richness of data in one single platform plus the ease of querying it, makes Wiz a valuable tool.

  ### 39. Worked with WIZ for a while now

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Okay, I will try to write again, emphasizing the visibility aspect of Wiz. Here is another version of my review:

One of the things I like most about Wiz is the visibility it gives me into my workloads. Wiz scans the cloud assets and resources, including VMs, containers, Kubernetes, serverless functions, databases, storage, networks, and identities. It shows me the security posture and vulnerabilities of each workload, as well as the relationships and dependencies between them. Wiz also alerts me of any misconfigurations, exposures, or breaches in real time.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The UI of Wiz can be a bit overwhelming with all the data presented. Wiz shows you a lot of information about your workloads and sometimes it can be hard to deal with all that information.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helped us map the enviorment so it will be easier to understand and maintain our assets. as a vulnerability scanner, it helped us detect issues and risks that could be ignored by mistake.

  ### 40. A POC with Wiz's DSPM Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The CSPM capabilities are particularly strong, identifying vulnerabilities that other tools often miss. Additionally, it provides valuable insights for understanding and navigating your environment smoothly. and is quick to set up and easy to navigate. It comes with comprehensive documentation and support, making it easy for teams to integrate into their workflow.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

While Wiz excels in many areas, the DSPM has room for improvement in detecting sensitive or financial data. Additionally, the range of data stores it currently supports is still a bit limited, which could be a drawback for businesses needing broader coverage.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz scans our cloud setup for vulnerabilities and finds issues that other tools often overlook, enhancing our overall security. The DSPM works hand in hand with the CSPM capabilities and offer a comprehensive view of our enviorment under one pane of glass. Because the DSPM has context from the CSPM, it provides value in a way that competitors can't, giving us a more complete understanding of our environment. This makes it easier to manage and secure our systems effectively.

  ### 41. WIZ -Is it really one solution for VM, CSPM and Container security?

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

1. Ease of deployment. It is quick and easy .
2. Security graph : For building customised queries.
3. Options to do deep analyses and investigation on it's finding.
4. Issues- a feature which presents the top critical threat .It's a result of multiple weaknesses creating one critical issue .
5. Offers one console for VA, CSPM and Contianers.
6. Supports multip-cloud env.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

1. Still not matured when it's come to offering remediation of all CVE ids. There are still many findings with missing solutions.
2. Not matured for Run-time continer security , specaily for private K8s env. Still many issues.
3. Many benchmarks are still in preview state . Not yet matured .
4.Has limited flexibility to reporting features for all Vulnerability, continaers and CSPM .

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. One solution for all VM, Continers and CSPM.
2. Cost effective.
3. Easy and Quick implementation .
4. Supports multi- tenants in one console.
5. By default covers Layer1 containers .

  ### 42. Lots of data to dig into, good developer experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The most impressive part of Wiz for me is the quality of their API. Most of my interaction with Wiz has been working to integrate it into some of our other tools, and the documentation and API console makes using the API a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

On the API side, I do wish that it was a bit easier to get a sense of what data is available to pull. The graph schema can be a bit overwhelming at times and while the documentation in the API explorer helps, it's not as detailed (mostly regarding data types or acceptable values) as I wish it was sometimes.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us get a picture of what's in our cloud environment and provides action items for dealing with vulnerabilties. It's a great tool for enriching attack surface management data we have from other sources and giving us a more complete picture.

  ### 43. Great value-add for a business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Specific knowledge around Cloud Security is more detailed than just what the SOC can offer. This adds a second pair of eyes on security gaps and misconfigurations that helps us secure our cloud enviroment without a huge dedicated security assessment service from a SOC.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Wiz needs quite a bit of knowledge to understand what it's showing you and knwolegde on how to interpret the results and subsequent remediations. This may make it hard for a unskilled security team to pickup.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives as the assurance that despite our SOC being aware of our cloud enviroment, we have a 2nd pair of eyes highlighting detailed misconfugurations and vulnerabilities.

  ### 44. Detailed information with customizable infterface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Overall the product shows relevant information is a formation that is easy to understand and take action on. The API is easy to use and allows use of information in other locations as well. The ability to track resources and issues throughout the entire environment helps with finding and remedidating issues.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

At times the the amount of choices can be overwhelming. It can be daughting at times to find what you are looking for. You have to search for some information and sometimes the results dont match other tools for comparasoin of results.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking what is being deployed across the organization automaticly in the three cloud platforms without having to use change requests, reading wiki pages, or relying on updates from other departments. Removing the human element allows automation for detecting and resolving issues before they become a threat.

  ### 45. It's Cool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishav S. | Security Operation Engineer, Security and Investigations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Sensitive data protection from critical cloud threats, Zero Trust, and continuous monitoring is also cool feature I loved.
Note that this is my first cloud security tool interaction.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Nothing as of now, I have just started using this tool and I like the features it has, As I have not used any other cloud security tool everything I have used in it, I liked those.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protect your sensitive data from critical cloud risks and meet HIPAA compliance.
Enable Zero Trust and continuously monitor for risk in your cloud environment.
Secure highly regulated environments with continuous compliance assessment

  ### 46. Wiz provides great cloud protection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz provides a very good UX to access the urgent issues in our cloud environments.
The query capabilities and flexibility in creating custom controls are very useful to us. The threat center focuses on trending vulnerabilities and Wiz dashboards enable us to focus our efforts on fixing the most critical issues.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Wiz can improve the way it augments the vulnerability data with additional data on Technologies. It sometimes has missing technologies but updated its inventory as soon as we opened a case on that.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud security visibility is very important to us. Wiz enables us to see what security issues we have within our multi-cloud and multi-account environment, what is important and how to fix it.

  ### 47. Simple and Clean Platform to handle your cloud security related issues.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dheeraj G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Easy setup and faster deployment is it's USP. Once Integrated, Wiz provides complete visibility to your cloud environments that helps to address the security issues. Support team is highly responsive and involved.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Have experienced fewer false positives when working with the vulnerability findings. Also can't configure custom alerts/notifications to see visibility over the license usage.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As WIZ provides one Single Platform to report OS/Software vulnerabiltiies along with assessing cloud misconfiguration- it helps us to visualize and prioritize all security findings in a centralized manner.

  ### 48. Wiz offers strong multi-cloud security with a steep learning curve and customization complexities.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Comprehensive Cloud Security Coverage: Wiz offers an extensive range of cloud security capabilities, covering all major cloud providers. This breadth of coverage ensures that we can effectively manage and secure our multi-cloud resources from a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Limited Customization: I find that Wiz's default policies are not very customizable and trying to determine the scope of a default policy is very difficult or impossible without a mis-configured resource to trigger the policy. Customization and policy query options could be expanded to accommodate a wider range of use cases.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is helping us solve the problem of needing to scan our multi-cloud resources for misconfigurations and alerting our customers to remediate these misconfigurations.

  ### 49. Good product but there is still a way to go

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Their customer support is really good.
They are very helpful and will go out their way to help and try solve any issue that may accuse.
Their analysis and ways to solve issues is really helpful and very understandable

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The UI seems too messy.
There is too much information with not a lot of understanding what needs to be done.
We needed to have 1-on-1 with them in order to understand how to solve issues and where to look for them.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us understand if our docker images are secure and how we can solve the issues that may occur in our images.
They show us our vulnerabilities and how to solve them.

  ### 50. Helpful tool with nice support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Allows to perform an introspection and see attack paths into the systems with low number of false positives (in to other big players on the market).
Good support and product people who are always ready to help even if it's over zoom or other live session.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Wiz iz very fine tuned and optimized for classic scenarios like webserver farms and system using default gcp/aws configurations.
If you try to do more customized solutions, it will give you higher number of false positives and will require more attention.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce attack surface of our systems, understand when a new security issues related to our configurations pops, understand the impact, and and priorities for handling the security issues.
