It's an excellent service and I would recommend if you're trying to build a blog, a community space, a course or content library, or a product based shop. It could use an update to make the editor feel more fluid. With all of the available tools within WiX, I would also like to see ai integrated for blog images, banners, and other graphic generation. Now, I wish I'd hired a web developer instead. **What do you dislike about Wix?** Customer service is now very difficult to reach. Elements on the page disappear without making changes to the site. Functionality drops off periodically. To include reviews on the page, you need to use a third-party paid app. Site analytics are minimal and mostly vague and unhelpful.
