The studio is fairly easy to use. AI also helps with wording and layout that can be adjusted later. Adding your projects and images can be time-consuming if not organized. Plans are available to purchase if you really want a high-end website. I have not used the Support option, as I have not needed it. The performance is smooth when the internet is good. I really like how easy it is to use Wix Studio. It's great that it includes various apps and add-ons like events, shopping, and SEO integration, which are very helpful in our projects. What do you dislike about Wix Studio? I think there's some glitches and bugs here and there. The general Wix support team or tech support isn't as helpful as our account manager. They could use a more client-facing approach, rather than just saying no to different things. I like the flexibility in design and the agile sort of design framework of Wix Studio. It gives us the ability to design fast and without really much in the way of limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wix Studio? Dynamic CMSs are a bit of a tough point for us because they're live, and we don't have a staging site. If we were pushing something large, we would have to create our own test site, test it, and then rebuild it again on the live site. Once rebuilding it on the live site, we have to be careful because the CMSs on the back end that are auto set to live don't allow us to have a safe way of publishing new content. We had a few major stumbling blocks like geolocation issues and significant issues with the HubSpot integration that lasted for a few months. What we appreciate most is the ease of use and ease of implementation. Wix Studio makes it simple for us to design and manage our own website, but it’s also powerful and flexible enough for client projects. The learning curve is minimal, which means we can get sites up and running quickly without sacrificing design quality. We use the platform frequently for updates and it always feels efficient and intuitive. The number of features available allows us to create websites that are both visually striking and functional. Customer support has been reliable whenever we’ve had questions and integrations with other tools are smooth, which saves us time when managing multiple websites. Some integrations are limited compared to open-source alternatives, so in certain cases we’ve had to create workarounds to achieve the functionality a client wants. While the built-in features are strong, we’d love to see even more flexibility in SEO tools, advanced analytics and third-party plugins. Highly customised design elements can sometimes require compromises or additional effort, which isn’t always ideal when tailoring sites for diverse clients. We have also found that there is a gap in the Wix Studio templates for elegant, refined photographer showcase websites, which would be a valuable addition for creative professionals like us. That said, Wix Studio continues to roll out improvements at a steady pace and we’ve already seen the platform grow in ways that address these gaps. For us, the balance of ease of use, features and customer support still makes it one of the best platforms for both our own brand and the businesses we serve. Normally if you / someone tries to build from scratch it takes a lot of time & you know the pain of debugging, which is absolutely intended to be available at all cost when kicking off.
