**What do you like best about WITSML?**

It is a open protocol that helps us to transmit data from rigs. it helps  in exchanging data between drilling and G&G applications such as Petrel, techlog...etc.

**What do you dislike about WITSML?**

WITSML development is slow in due to open consortium.  For DTS data still some of service providers are not compatible with WITSML protocal.  Energistics and service providers shall work together more closely and make them compatible.

**What problems is WITSML solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized  real time drilling and log data stroage at one place. This information is integrated with Geoscience and petrophyscial applications whever required which is a great benefit for us due to its openess/

I appreciate the ease of data transfer from one person to another and the privacy it allows, especially in tight holes.

**What do you dislike about WITSML?**

I honestly don't dislike anything about WITSML.

**What problems is WITSML solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency problems. The Enabling o Real-time data transmission.
