WisWes is a conversational commerce assistant for Shopify, Magento and Shopware. It answers pre-purchase questions grounded in your real catalog and policies, recommends the right products, and lets shoppers check out inside the chat - recovering the sales stores lose when a question goes unanswered. It speaks in your brand voice and connects to your stack through MCP tool connectors.
