I love how easy it is to customize and make the UI different for each client. I find Wistia more flexible than Vimeo, and it's a lot better than YouTube as it doesn't show 'see also' content once the video is complete. I also appreciate that I can adjust colors and view really easily so everything stays on brand. I really value the embed tool, specifically how it's able to include the transcript in the code for AI and SEO benefits. We primarily use Wistia for its webinar features. After coming from Zoom, I really love how straightforward the user interface is for setting up, hosting, and managing events. The video quality of the recordings is fantastic compared to other tools I’ve used. I also appreciate the integration with HubSpot, since it lets us easily sync webinar registrants to our CRM for marketing communications. I would like to see video filter options and more options to edit lighting. Additionally, the ability to have some way to have the recording screen on one side with the browser you are demonstrating in the same frame.
