I looked at all the major players and Wistia had everything we needed at a fair price. It's super easy to upload videos and then embed them into our website. The transcription tool works great. There are some powerful editing tools built into the platform so we can make adjustments when needed. **What do you dislike about Wistia?** The only downside (and it's not a very big one at all) is that we have to keep an eye on how many active videos are in our library so we don't creep over the limit on our plan. In particular, we appreciate one-click replacement when our training videos inevitably update. Wistia automatically replaces the video anywhere it's linked or embedded. What's more, it tells us all the URLs where the video has been accessed! Rolling out Wistia was also very easy: we transitioned from YouTube to Wistia in about a month. We use Wistia for 100% of our Customer Education videos, making maintenance much quicker. We also use Wistia's export feature to cross-post content to YouTube. **What do you dislike about Wistia?** The only issue that comes to mind is that we use Wistia's security feature to only allow embedding on certain URLs. This usually works perfectly, but when we add a new tool that requires URLs to be put on Wistia's allowlist, sometimes it's hard to figure out which URLs need to be added.
